Decidng that you want to start doing yoga is the first step. It's easy to get stuck here though. Don't be intimidated! We offer private classes!

If you cant not place your hands on the floor do not think that yoga is not for you. Or that it may be too difficult.

At Zen Thai we do a few different variations of yoga, From Breathing, Hatha to Ashtonga. These differnent forms of yoga can be from the beginner to the advanced. Class times range from 30 minutes to 90 minutes

Even if your 6 to 60 Yoga  is for you!
Come try a private class and watch your body, mind, and spirit be lifted.

Yoga creates balance and harmony between the mind body and spirit.
Yoga Do's and Dont's
DON"T have a big meal right before session. Try eating lightly a few hours ahead of time.
Don't wear shoes or socks during class.
Do Hydrate before & after class.
Do tell the teacher of any problems that may limit your practice.
Do ask for Help if you need it.
Do come back within a few days for your next class.
Do wear clothes that allow you some movement.
Etiquettte

Remove your shoes
Turn off your cell Phone
Arrive on Time
Respect the teacher
Try and limit talking
If poses are too difficult for you simoly lay on the floor.
