| Cottage Cheese and Flax Oil Put 2 super heaping tablespoons (about one level cup) of cottage cheese into a bowl add 2 tablesoons of fresh flax oil mix well and eat. While I was still diagnosed with stage 3 brain cancer I was trying to take 2 servings a day for a total of 4 tablespoons. Since all my good MRIs, I take one serving daily for "maintenance". |

| It's very important that the flax oil be fresh ! The bottle should show an expiration date and be kept refrigerated. Flax oil capsules are NOT an acceptable substitute because the potency is way insufficient because of the lack of freshness. |

| Daily Vitamins The vitamins listed to the right are mainly anti-oxidants. I would take these in the morning with breakfast. Breakfast for me was a large meal. usually at least a couple eggs, whole wheat toast with butter and sometimes a preservative free sausage or bacon. |

| "Green Drink" such as Barley Grass or Wheat Grass this is a green powder that is mixed with water. Does not taste good. I was having at least a couple servings a week. it is supposed to help "clean you out" (which it does). also is supposed to be "alkanalizing". Cancer is supposed to be unable to live in a alkaline or basic environment. (That is pH above 7.0) |
