DIET, VITAMINS & HEALTH HABITS Page 1 of 7
As I have discussed in other places on this site, I believe my healing was first and foremost a miracle from God.  I wouldn't recommend anyone try to get well without Him.  Faith and an optimistic* attitude were essential.  However at the same time I felt like I had my bases covered.  That if I did die (which was my prognosis without radiation and chemo) I would go to heaven.

I include this section to give a more complete picture of what I did to get well and cooperate in my healing.

I'm not trying to make any money with this knowledge and I can't make any guarantees.  Furthermore, I'm not even trying to give advice here.  This is just a documentation of what I did.
Mike with his mom on an outdoor balcony at Duke Hospital.  Getting some fresh air on my last or second to last day in the hospital.
This section of the web site is dedicated to my mom.  She did a huge amount of research into natural therapies and health foods and supplements after my diagnosis.  She was instrumental in my care during my hospitalization and recovery.  Thanks Mom.

But I think its very important to not worry, worry, worry . . . .
Furthermore . . .
It was necessary to come to grips with the seriousness of my situation, but I strictly avoided saying negative things about my health and my prognosis.
