| The VFW were very professional. They performed the folding of the American Flag relatively well. The wind was blowing hard but still were steadfast in their duties. I admire these men who gave Grandpa what he does so deserves. | VFW folding the American Flag |

| The Chaplain held up the Flag to show everyone that there was no red showing. When folding the Flag it is extremely important to show that there is NO red showing. Once the Flag has been folded, it is normal protocol to never unfurl it again, as a sign of respect to both the Flag and to whom the Flag was presented. | |||||||||
| The Presentation of the folded American Flag is presented to the wife fo the deceased. The presenter goes through a small speech identifying the gratitude of the nation and state. It is a very solemn time. This time was no different. | Post Commander presenting the folded Flag to grandma |
