This was the first camp I sold on ebay. It is a large one, measuring 100mm x 40mm, and could also be used as a Built-Up Area (BUA). The two towers are commercially produced by one of my favorite companies -- JR Miniatures. The walls are scratch-built using bass wood, and textured using a multi-layer method I use to create a stucco-like finish. The garrison figures are from Feudal Castings, from their War of the Roses line. I actually like this line as they tend to be smaller than some other 15mm lines, which allows me to scale the size of the camp better -- or at least give a more spacious effect .
This camps was constructed to look as "generic Medieval" as possible, so that it could be used by a number of armies, from English to Italian to Baltic (the towers remind me of Talinn, Estonia).
