The Sixties Championship Shows

In September 1967 The Labrador Club received it's license from the New Zealand Kennel Club to hold a Championship Show. Discussions with a Mr Budd resulted in arrangements being made for him to judge the inaugaral Championship Show at the Dog Pavillion Epsom Auckland in August 1968. We do not have a record of the number of dogs entered.

The second Club Championship Show was held in Auckland in mid 1969 the judge was a Mr G Cadman (NZ)
