Axe/Clubs: Black Root Axe: An axe with a two sided blade; powerful, heavy, and slow. Poor with magic; excellent for cleaving through massed enemy. There are many variations of this weapon. Plane Axe: Plane axe, is one sided; Strong, heavy, and slow. Excellent for cutting down trees and enemies; poor with magic. Hatchet: Small, short handled axe ment for one handed use; Okay for melee fighting. Excellent for throwing. Iron Cudgel: Large, heavy bludgeoning weapon; powerful, but slow; poor with magic. Claw/Glove: Studded Cestus: A leather glove that comes down across the knuckles enclosing the hand; has claws the cover the top of the cestus; excellent for melee fighting. There are several variations of this weapon. Claw Cestus: Like studded cestus except it has several claws where the hand knuckles are at; excellent for melee fighting. Okay with magic. Gladiator Cestus: A glove made from dragon skin that has either claws or spikes on the knuckles depending on the user; superior for melee fighting. There are several variations of this weapon. Iron Claw: Three iron cast claws that are connected to a hold that can be tied to the hands or wrists; Excellent for melee fighting. There are several variations of this weapon; excellent with magic. Bronze Claw: Three bronze cast claws that are connected to a leather hand grip; Excellent for melee fighting and climbing. Okay with magic. Master Claw: Four claws of any metal that are connected to a dragon skin hand grip; superior for melee fighting and climbing. Staffs/Rods/Wands: Iron Rod: The basic rod cast in iron; about five-six feet in length. Basic weapon for novice magic users; Okay at melee fighting; Excellent at magic. Enchanter Wand: An enchanted willow stick about one foot long used by advanced magic users; excellent with magic; poor at melee fighting. There are many variations of this weapon. Master Wand: An enchanted rowan wand about two feet long with numerous decorations unique to each user; superior with magic; poor at melee fighting. There are few variations of this weapon. Spears/Arrows: Javelin: A rod with an iron blade at each end; excellent for throwing. Okay with melee fighting; excellent at long range. There are many variations of this weapon. Spear: A long piece of wood or metal with a single metal blade at one end; okay with melee fighting; excellent at long range; excellent for throwing. Okay with magic; there are many variations of this weapon. Calvary Spear: Used for calvary(horse back) fighters in battle; poor at melee fighting; excellent at stabbing; excellent for throwing. There are few variations of this weapon. Lance: A rod about six to seven feet in length with any metal blade at both ends, or just one end; excellent for throwing. Composite Bow: Bow with about a 45 ft. range; able to use wood and metal arrows only; okay at long range. Excellent with magic.
