Since I was 17 years old I have been looking at the prospect of cruising on a sailboat. To live a simple yet satisfying life aboard a boat. Visiting far away places and meeting interesting people cultures throughout the world. After many years this is my year to make this dream a reality. I was born in Portland Oregon in 1964. I have lived in the San Francisco bay area most of my life. My many interests include history, philosophy, English literature, scuba diving and many other practical and impractical endeavors. I have a rather sordid past that is not for general discussion on a web page but if you take the time to e-mail me I�ll be happy to fill in the blanks. I am better in small groups or one on one as opposed to large loud parties. I have made attempts at the �American Dream� and recently found it lacking what I truly need in my life. I have started and lost a business. I bought a house that I had little interest in and I have had several long term relationships with significant women in my life. I write this page to make an introduction of myself.I will consider this page successful if I at least give an honest impression of who I am as a person.
