My itinerary as 1/26/06 is as follows:

Time for this phase is a approximately 30-60 days complete by 5/1/06

1: move the boat to dry dock and refit the rigging and sail inventory.
List of new equipment and installations.
Standing rigging and chain plates 40hrs
Running rigging 16hrs
Radar mast mount 24hrs
New deck step 8hrs
Over haul mast, spreaders, masthead 40hrs
New main sail and jib have remaining sail inventory repaired at sail loft. 8hrs

2: re-power with a new beta marine diesel prop-shaft and prop. 24-40hrs
Repair old fuel tank.

3: R&R rudder and rudder post and rudder head. 40hrs
New tiller and any critical repairs.

4: repaint bottom and freeboard of the hull. 40hrs
New zincs and any thru hulls
New speed log
Blister repair and epoxy fairing as needed.

Interior refit on the water if possible as needed complete critical systems* by 8/01/06

1: install new bowsprit and over haul sprit stays install bow rollers*

2: install anchor windless*

3: install shower and grey water system*

4: install cabin heater

5: refit ports with new polycarbonate and sealing*

6: new cabinets and storage for food and gear.

7: R&R all deck fittings and re-bed as required.*

8: install auto pilot.*

9: paint decks

10: paint cabin

11: build better navigation station and chart stowage

12: build hard dodger and reduce cockpit space*

13: install jack-line pad-eyes*

14: new cushion covers

15: new PV panels and charging systems*

Sea trials to be taken as weather and time permit complete by 9/1/06

1: 24 hours out and 24 hours back past farallon islands.

2: best time and system testing in the bay and northern point�s coastal cruise.

3: heave to off coastal waters for 24 hours out at least 60NM
