Prior to leaving Placement Group, the Branch Manager asked me to compile a orientation plan for the office. I based the material on a rough outline provided by Design Group and customized the plan to Victoria's specific  requirements and processes.

As a consultant,  I was a trainer for a company that secured the Outlook/Office training contract for then Macmillan Blodell (now defunct). This is a sample of the course for Outlook.

At UBC I was a TA for Continuing Studies - Microsoft Office and  WordPerfect. This is a sample of one of the Excel courses.     

UBC Campaign - Donor program - myself and the coordinator of Alumni fundraising were assigned the task of establishing permanent donor recognition programs. Wesbrook was are model as it had been in place for years. From that model we determined the donation levels, criteria for becoming a member, membership privileges, identities for each program and annual event date.
