MONITORING AND EVALUATION PLAN

Monitoring of project operations will be participatory, involving
community representatives, line ministries, Board of Trustees
and other implementing partners who will constitute the project
monitoring committee.

This committee will enhance the generation of work programs and
a means of assessing the realization of project objectives. Emphasis
will be placed on the use of resources, conduct of activities and project
services to achieve the desired results. This involves data generations,
processing and information dissemination to all stakeholders on account
of resources and services, community participation and timing as
against the completion of various tasks.

The second stage will be both monitoring and evaluation. This will focus
the completion activities with emphasis on timeliness, level of
accomplishment and quality of job.

The Home is expected to gradually transform into a higher technical-vocational
institution within 10 years offering a wild range of discipline thereby giving a
boost to the new system of education. Such facilities are virtually nonexistence
in the Moyamba district, accounting for the continuous rise in number of BECE
level school leavers in the district. Goods and services of such institution will also
contribute immensely to the socioeconomic recovery of the district and improve its
human resources base.
