Being at its teething stage, the home cannot effectively provide
efficient and adequate services to meet its demands.

The project therefore seeks support in instituting a formidable
management body with professional staff, basic logistical support
and incentives. The organisation currently has a skeletal staff
comprising: 2 cooks, 2 laundry men, 1 nanny and matrol these
cater for 60 resident children. These are usually over stretched
and thus, often could not meet the demand. This situation will
worsen when the rest of the children are turned over to the
organisation. There is therefor need for an increase in staff
numbers that would be able to stand the challenge. With
the establishment of a school there are 7 teachers currently
in the school.

Mobility is also very important as there are often emergency health
cases that occur at odd hours. With a ready availability of transportation
facilities, such cases can be sent for immediate medical attention.

A vehicle will therefore be useful to facilitate timely administrative runs
and links that would enhance the effective running of project operations
and monitoring of farm activities.

A computer and printer, fax machine, photo copier for administrative use.
This will also generate income if used on commercial basis as these
facilities are only available in bigger town.
