Virginia Palma Ferolito Hines
Virginia is fluent in both English and Italian, a second lanaguage she learned during her teenage year abroad in Naples, Italy. Virginia's humble beginnings at Harvard University start with her job as dishwasher/waistaff for the young women of Holmes Hall at Radcliffe, the now defunct female counterpart to Harvard. Virginia's son Michael lived in Holmes hall his sophomore year in college. Virginia later returned to Harvard to pursue studies in earth and natural sciences with the sponsorship of her employer, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where she was executive assistant to professors. Mrs. Hines has also been an employee of the Harvard Business School. Mrs. Hines' principle vehicle is the BMW 740il, with automatic transmission, although she is able to drive manual, as required by the Hines Family by-laws. Mrs. Hines was last spotted telling her family: "give me a chance!" At left, Virgina Hines is pictured at a telephone booth in the suburbs west of London. |
