Short Stories

I am by no means a born writer nor have I always been inclined to writing. Rather it was only during the summer of 2001, with gentle prodding from friends, that I decided to try some creative writing and to my surprise I found I enjoyed it immensely. It certainly is a refreshing change from essay writing, which confines the imagination and at times stagnates the mind (well for me anyway).

With the exception of a couple short stories I've written for English class in High School, The Kingdom of Double Horns is really my first attempt at creative writing. Thus, do not expect brilliant masterpieces from me; I'm still an amateur in training. However, the other authors are a different story. They are a very talented bunch and I have much to learn from them.

Please feel free to email a review at [email protected] of any of the stories you have read. I and the other authors would very much appreciate your comments. When you write a review do not forget to write down the title of the story or chapter you are reviewing. It is my hope that these stories will be a source of inspiration for the readers.

Thus, having said all of that...Read, Learn and Enjoy. ^_^
