Participants should report to:

  Buses should drop students off on 59^th Ct (one-way going south), in-between the buildings.

  Students and teachers should enter the building through entrance #9, located on 59^th Ct, directly under the overpass connecting the buildings.

  Teams should report to assigned areas in the Student Cafeteria by 6:00 p.m.

  Proctors and graders should report to the Freshman Cafeteria (2^nd floor--follow posted signs) by 6:00 p.m. to receive final instructions.

  Coaches should report to the Freshman Cafeteria to pick up materials.

  OFFICIAL ROSTERS ARE DUE BY 6:15 p.m. IN THE FRESHMAN CAFETERIA.

  Room assignments for competitions will be available in the Freshman Cafeteria.

  The Hospitality Room for adults and teachers will be in the Freshman Cafeteria. Refreshments will be provided.

  Students may purchase refreshments in the Student Cafeteria.
