Software Development Process
Mudra Services follows the Rational RUP process. The software development project schedule is divided into several iterations each of which is determined after consulting with the client based on the priorities. Each Iteration has a deadline as agreed upon by the customer and is then executed in several phases as listed below..
- Requirements Phase
- Architecture Phase
- Design Phase
- Development/Unit Test Phase
- Acceptance Test Phase
The diagram below depicts the process in a grahical format. Each phase ends on the red line. Each phase has a document which is the result of the execution of that phase. The customer can request these documents at any time during the development iteration.
