The
part for breaking the egg

It shows the situation before breaking the egg. What I should do first is to put the egg to the correct position. There are several plastics on the base and on top of the egg. They are used to fix the egg in the correct position. Due to crack of the rolling ball and the transporters’ back, the transporters will then move forwards. it will move smoothly due to the wheel at the base of the transporters. And there is nothing holds the transporters at the front part. So the transporters will then move downward immediately.
After moving down from the upper part, there is a knife at the middle of the path. It is used to break the egg. And there are two wheels in front of the transporters. There are totally four wheels which is used to control the transporters go straight to the knife. And there are soft materials on the triangle so that it can reduce the vibration when the transporters crack on the triangle. Also, to make sure the transporters have enough force to break the egg, heavy wheels are used.
Below shows how the egg be broken by the knife. There is a triangle at the base of the knife. It is used to divide the shell into two parts and push them to the two sides.
When the egg moves downward, it is broken by the knife due to the high speed. And the transporters will not stop immediately due to inertia. So the egg will be forced to go downward to the triangle. Once it arrives, the shell will then be push to the two sides as the centre part does not have space for them. Then after the transporters stops, the triangle will locate at the middle part of the egg. The shell is pushed to two sides and the egg will then come out and flow onto the egg carrier.
Lastly, as the knife need to afford the force to break the egg, it is attached on the triangle. And AA-glue is used to fix it. And the triangle must be attached on the knife so that there is no space to store the egg.
