| After a shaky introduction to the city what with a rather lonely placement in halls my interest and love for the city only grew. The place has a hell of alot to offer in terms of music, nightlife, job opportunities and some of the best educational institutions in the country, one of which I was lucky enough to be a member of. |
| The centre was best described as a building site during the first two years and for a sizeable amount of the third year as well, but this all finished in time for the Commonwealth games which signalled my continuing association with the city after leaving University. |
