Friend of Nature Rachel Carson loved nature.
She wrote lots of books about it too! When Rachel was young,
she wanted to go to the sea but she lived far away. She
loved to study nature under water and on the land. Rachel's
mother taught her about a lot of things in nature. Rachel
took six science classes in college. She was a friend of
nature. I recommend this book to
people who like nature because it is so
beautiful!
