About Serendipity Border Collies

Serendipity Border Collies is the result of over 25 years association with this wonderful breed. Located just outside Fredericton New Brunswick, “Marshlands” provides home to a small kennel producing no more than a litter a year. Our puppies are raised in our home where they are provided endless amounts of love and attention. The health and happiness of our dogs being the single most important criteria to us . With that in mind careful screening of potential owners is conducted as a matter of course. In addition we offer post-sale support to assist you in the raising of your puppy should you require it, as the relationship between breeder and owner should not end with the payment for your dog. All our pups receive their first shots, have been vet examined, de-wormed and are sold with a health guarantee. For more details please refer to the “Breeding Programme and Puppies” section. Our dogs are bred from top English and Australian lines and are registered with the American Border Collie Association.

Serendipity Border Collies will never be more than a small family breeder producing the odd litter of puppies based on demand. If you are considering purchasing a Border Collie in the near future please take a moment to review some of the testimonials that resulted from our last litter. While our dogs come from working lines (Hollowshot Border Collies), their talents are mostly now given to competing in the fast growing sport of agility. Notwithstanding, the true Border Collie should continue to be known by how it works sheep and cattle and by no other standard and as a breeder we strongly endorse that view. It is, therefore, our ultimate goal to produce a herding champion in time and in so doing strive to maintain the natural traits of this superb dog.
