Computer Literacy Program: We realize that in the present era no education is complete without computer education. It is fast becoming a mandatory skill requirement in almost all kind of jobs. Knowledge of computers will help our children compete with others on a level playing ground and will help them to leverage their education to a much greater extent.
Keeping this in mind we intend to start a computer education programme, which would be of three-month duration during which a student will get hands on training in using the basic computer applications.
For this programme we will need to employ 2-3 computer trainers and around 10 computers. After the initial setup is done it is estimated that an expenditure of around Rs. 500 will be incurred to provide one child with computer education for the three month course.
High school: It is our long-term plan of building a full-fledged high school for underprivileged children. We are aware of the huge costs and logistics involved in fulfilling such a dream but we are also confidant that with the support of generous patrons likes you, it is not impossible. |
