General presentation
Situated in Q14, Matevkian Confederation state have its roots into Heimaar philosophy, which became a rule in
1001 after the Revolution. The 1001 revolution put an end to a tyrannical and isolationist monarchy. Feudallity
was abolished and the country entered a new phase of social, political and economical reformation. Matevka is still
very isolationist and lives in autarchy along the lines of Heimaar philosophy which favours autosuficiency.
According to Heimaar philosophy, citizens must participate actively to political life by referendums and power
decentralisation. New educational system is to awake Matevkians political conscience by citizenship education.
Située en Q14, la Confédération matevkaise est un État basé sur la Doctrine
Heimaar, instaurée en l'an 1001 à la suite de la Révolution qui marqua la fin d'une monarchie
tyrannique et isolationniste. Le pouvoir féodal fut aboli et le pays entra dans une phase de réformes
sociales, politiques et économiques. L'État reste néanmoins très isolationniste et
autarcique, suivant la doctrine Heimaar (qui prône l'autosuffisance à tous les niveaux)
