The modern trend to commercialism of Religion, God and His revelations speaks more to the error of those involved in these works of profiteering than it does to sound doctrine. For it matters not how sound the teaching may be, if it is offered to any person, at any price, then that price is too much.

"You have received without paying, so give without being paid" (Matthew 10:8; GNB)

Use what you can, where you can all I ask is that you do so freely, without regard to profit or gain. Please if using the content of a page in a forum situation, copy paste the relevant points, do not paste the entire page, such is never necessary and only tends to muddy the waters and ruin the dialogue.
