The Terrestrial Planets are the inner rocky planets of Mercury, Venus, Earth and Mars. The Earth is located in the centre of inhabitable zone of the Solar system, whereas Venus is on the inner edge and Mars is on the outer, due to the Sun aging and swelling this band is slowly moving outward.
