Protection and Cure

      Before we start, there's one thing in skin care you should always remember, that is: protection is more important than cure. Of course this theory is also relevent in other things, but in skin care it is crucial. Therefore you probably should concern your daily routine, because some of them might make damage to your skin and when you realize, it'll be too late. Here we have some advises for you according to the four different skin type.

Neutral Skin

      As I was saying before, neutral skin is probably the best type of skin within those four, however, don't think that you won't have to do nothing though you have almost perfect skin, because your skin can always get bad if you don't take care of it.

      First, a very important thing here is to keep away from the strong ray of the sunlight. I know most of you might love going to beach, but try to be very careful with the solar ray, because it can highly damage your skin. You should also concern about the changes of climate, always take good care with your body. Maintain the healthy balance of your meals and try to do some routine or exercise everyday.

      Sleep well is something you should always remember, knowing that being awake for 1 day will cost you a long time to recover the damage it makes. Maintain the humidity of your skin and every time when you have make-up, remember to take them off completely before you go to sleep.

Oily Skin

      I have to say that oily skin is one of the most problematical skin, you have to be very careful when you start doing any treatment, because sometimes it will only get worse if you do something inappropiately.

      Basically, you may need to have a stable emotion, try not to get upset or angry so much. Rest a lot, don't get too tired, that means you should highly prohibit staying awake at nights.

      In case of aliment, ban all kind of snacks if it's possible, and food that contain too much butter or cream. Eat more salad, fruit and vegetable, less meat and seafood. Do a lot of exercise, meanwhile drink enough water for your loss. Finally, wash your face everyday(twice if you want) and keep your hands away from your face, because your hands can always contain lots of bacterium.

Dry Skin

      Does it bother you that when you have to put cream all the time on your dry skin? Well, I'm telling you that might be not enough, because lack of humidity is not the only reason which you have dry skin, but also the water contain in your body.

      Everyday you should at least drink one spoon of fat(axunge), that might sound a little uncomfortable for you. If you really can't, then try to do it with aliment you have in meal. Be sure you drink enough water, normally you should drink 8 glasses of water everyday, but you can drink more for your skin.

      Again, keep away from the strong solar ray, also strong winds. Try not to use the Air condition machine very often, sleep well and do more out door exercises. You should also keep your skin humid by putting cream but always when your face's clean.

Mixed Skin

      Mixed skin is when you have two types of skins on your face by the same time, this will always be the mixture of oily skin which located on the T-zone(forehead and nose) and dry skin which located on the rest of your face(skin around your eyes, cheeks and your chin). Most people have this kind of skin, and it also has been a problem for teenagers because they always have pimples on the T-zone.

      This kind of skin is pretty hard to have treatment, beside the things I have said up there, I recommend you to make sure which skin you really have and if you have mixed skin, which parts of your face is oily and which part is dry. You can prepare two types of facial wash and lotion, because most of them don't have the special treatment for the two types of skins.
