Am I overweight?

      Before you begin a diet, first make sure your condition. Charts are sometimes a good indication to know how far you can reach the balance between your height and weight, if you are overweight or maybe obese. Having all this information then you will be able to choose the diet plan that fits on you. Here is a chart that might give you some indications for your diet.

      As you can see, this chart not only give you the indication of the balance between your height and weight, but also the minimum weight you should have for a heathly body. In addition, if you find that you are under the minimum weight according to your height, but you think you still look a little fat, I recommend you start doing exercises. Because what you have in your body is probably fat, which doesn't weight much. And you need to gain muscles so that finally you will have more weight, but you will look thinner.
