diet?
I believe most of you know the main causes of the
weight problem, and we are talking about the bad alimentation and eating
habit. According to the surveys and calculations, there are mainly three
main sustances that create the weight problem: fat, suger and lack of
fiber, which is reflected by the bad eating habits in our daily lives.
We know that overweight and obese is the main cause of innumerable
illnesses, and it creates many troubles in our lives. Being a major
problem not only for appereance but also for the health condition, diet
has become a popular activity nowadays. However, this recently regconized
as a heathy activity can be very dangerous if we do it in an extreme way,
therefore we should always be careful with our diet plans, if possible,

before you start one.
The best diet for the weight loss and health will be the "Low fat - High
carb plan", which is the best way for a heathy diet and is universally
recommended by doctors. Most likely, this means that we should change our
eating habit, stop eating fast food(fat) and soft drinks(suger) and those
things that contain high fat and suger.
On the other hand, more carbohydrates will be needed for a healthy body in
this diet. Most people think that eating less means can lose weight, but
the things they eat. Do not stop eating food that contain carbohydrates
such as rice, bread, potatoes, beans, etc. thinking that you will increase
your weight, because those are the basic needs for your health. Instead,
less fat and less suger, more fiber is also important, eat vegetables and
fruits, combine your diet with regular exercise, and you will see the
results.
