Presidential Fitness Coordinator (monthly) - sets up monthly practice tests prior to the final testing in late spring, orders completion certificates and other items, gives participants tracking records from month to month.
Publicity (periodic) - maintains and updates public info. (ie ACSC newsletter, Maxwell website, flyers at the library), works with base Public Affairs, submits photos and/or write-ups for the base paper.
*Read-A-Thon Coordinator (6 weeks after Christmas) - organizes a program to encourage reading during the Jan-Mar timeframe, perhaps using Scholastic bonus books as prizes.
Roller Skating Coordinator
*Roster (periodic) - maintains a current roster of members.
*Scholastic Book Club Coordinator (monthly) - assembles flyer packets, distributes packets, collects order forms and money and distributes books. Also uses bonus points to order extra books (have been donated to the base library and to Family Services and have been used as prizes for MAHE events).
Science Fair
*Space Camp Levels 1 and 2
Spelling Bee Coordinator - coordinates spelling bee for MAHE - responsible for securing date, time, and location and providing information to MAHE members via the Yahoo group.
Talent Show - can be coordinated with the Art Fair.
T-Shirt Sales
*Webmaster - posts regular updates and enhances the website when possible/necessary .
Yearbook Coordinator (periodic until spring) - encourages members to take digital photos during the year, creates a blank template yearbook for members to create their own page, and then adds group shots to complete the yearbook.
