ACSC Trade Day Coordinator - (one time- Fall) ensures that MAHE has a seminar room for displaying MAHE and homeschooling materials, arranges the room, and makes sure that MAHE members sign up to help answer questions.
Art Fair Coordinator (annual) - determines any ground rules and if any rewards/prizes; determines location/date/time and encourages group participation.
Artistic Expressions Ceramics Class Coordinator - coordinates home school days with Artistic Expressions in Prattville and is responsible for posting dates on the Yahoo group and taking sign-ups.
Base Library Liaison - (periodic) would set up programs to meet member's needs, such as a Book Report Club, Library Story Hour, Book Club or Reading/Writing Club. Would also work with the libraries to enhance materials that would be of interest to home schoolers such as following-up on the current request for Rosetta Stone foreign language materials.
*Bowling Coordinator (twice monthly) - serves as the point of contact for the Maxwell Bowling Center during bowling times on the 2nd and 4th Fridays of the month at 1:00 p.m.
Brown Bag Lunch Coordinator - organizes brown bag lunch day, arranges date and time has previously been done on a Friday before bowling at the base lake.
*Co-Directors - oversees group, arranges monthly meetings, works to increase community awareness of MAHE .
Community Outreach (periodic) - organizes periodic outreach events such as
visits to the VA Hospital, nursing home visits at Christmas, collection drive for area shelters, etc.
*Craft Days
Fair Coordinator (annual) - determines the topic of the fair (Geography, History, Science, combination, etc.) any ground rules and if any rewards/prizes; determines location/date/time and encourages group participation.
