This is a unique blend of exercises designed to help strengthen "core" muscles while also stretching, breathing and relaxing. The 35-minutes class is held on the third floor of the New South Art Shop, 115 Montgomery Street (near Court Square Fountain). It's a mixture of yoga, Pilates, dance and other movements. You may have your children do it with you. $50 for a 10-class ticket. The new Cool Beans Caf� d'Art is on the main floor of the gallery.
TEAM SPORTS
*In-Line Hockey is offered at Looney's skate rink in Montgomery.
*Dixie League (Little League) - Maxwell residents can pick the area they want to play for.
*Organized extracurricular sports programs abound at Evangel Temple in Montgomery.
*Hope Christian School in Pelham offers tackle football for junior high and high school students.
HORSEBACK RIDING

ICE SKATING LESSONS
K. Lynn Skating School, Eastdale Mall, Montgomery offers the Ice Skating Institute program for all students. This program promotes fun, fitness, self-confidence and team participation. Classes will be on Tuesdays, 11:00 - 11:30 a.m. Cost is $48 for 4 weeks and there is an annual $13 Ice Skating Institute membership fee. FENCING LESSONS
Offered at the Armory. Lessons are $40/month, 2 lessons/week:Thursday night (6:30-8:30) and Saturday morning (10-12). Contact Jason at 818-321-4261. Price does not include equipment. Class is for ages 7 and up, and parents can learn along side their children.
GOLF
Free lessons are offered at the Cypress Tree (Maxwell clubhouse), free, every Wed., 5:00-6:30
