4H meetings are held on the second Thursday of each month, 6:30-8:30, at the Central Alabama Electric Cooperative Bldg in Prattville. There is no fee. Call Beth at 569-2341.
PARKS
Vaughn Road Park on the corner of Perry Hill and Vaughn Rd in Montgomery has lots of cool playground equipment as well as walking/running tracks.
Oak Mountain State Park in Pelham (just south of Birmingham) has nice, clean camping spots for tents and RVs, a horse rental stable, mountaing bike trails, paddle boats, and an awesome BMX track that anyone can use when there isn't a competition. Located near an amphitheater.
Pratt Park in downtown Prattville is a fun place for kids. There is also a park in Millbrook.
