ACT Prep Class
An intensive four week prep class is offered to help students increase their ACT scores.   Preparation for the optional Writing Test is taught separately.   The cost for the basic class is $125 for 30 hours of instruction, which includes the book, practice tests, and handouts.  A $25 deposit is required to reserve your space.  The class size is limited and available on a first-come, first-serve basis.  For an additional fee of $50, students may join the writing preparation class.  Contact Lee by phone (283-5018) or email.  Students must register individually for the ACT online at: www.actstudent.org/regist/index.html.  The cost is $30 for the ACT.

College Entrance Made Easy

High school and college guidance counseling services are available for area homeschoolers offered by Lee Gonet.
High School Guidance:  A students scholarship earning potential begins as early as age thirteen!  If your student is planning to attend college, start preparing as early as possible.  The following services are provided for a $50 fee:  a writing analysis, transcript instruction, high school course recommendations, volunteer and apprenticeship suggestions, dual enrollment guidance, and PSAT/SAT/ACT prep advice.
College/Scholarship Application Service:  Most college scholarship deadlines are in December of the students senior year.  Before that time, there are dozens of decisions to make and forms to fill out.  Lee will make it easy for you by working directly with your student over an eight month period beginning at the end of his or her junior year.  For a $75 monthly fee, she will help your student create a rsum, fill out a high school transcript, search for the right college, complete up to six college/trade/tech school applications, edit college-entrance essays, contact financial aid offices, apply for scholarship opportunities, train for college interviews, evaluate school offers, and file the mandatory FAFSA application. She will also provide your student with advice for maximizing his or her score on the ACT and be available for consultation at Montgomerys College and Career Night.

Save $$$! Lee will accept a one time payment of $500 for her College Application Service, which saves families $100 over the monthly payment plan.  She also offers a 50% discount to siblings using the same service at the same time (high school guidance or college application). In addition, once a family uses one of her services, they are eligible for a 10% discount on all future services for all children, including her ACT prep class.  Note: prices do not include supplies, college application fees, testing fees, postage, or optional career evaluation fees.  You may contact Lee Gonet by calling (334-283-5018), or emailing ([email protected]).
