Cruckmeole Villa (The Middle House)

When Robert and his family moved to Cruckmeole Villa it must have felt good. 

It was a much larger home than the Shrewsbury Town High Street butchers they were used to.

Cruckmeole Villa still has a great view of the Shropshire countryside and plenty of sheep. 

The windows in the picture look North up towards the site of Cruckton Roman Villa.

The Madeley children now had a vast green playground to play in.
