Tale of Humpty Dumpty Once upon a time, in the land of food, there lived a great king. This king was nice to all his people. His name was King Tuna. King Tuna had a favorite servant the egg called Humpty Dumpty. * The king trusted Humpty Dumpty with everything from royal secrets to walking his pet hot-dog. One day the king got a message from one of his horsemen that the Fruit Kingdom was coming to attack sometime in the near future. The king did not want to get the Meat Kingdom in a panic, so he had his most trusted servants and soldiers to sit on the giant wall of the kingdom to keep watch. Around the kingdom walls was a moat made out of frying pans. One night when Humpty Dumpty was sitting on the wall keeping watch, he heard something flying past his head. Is was a projectile strawberry seed. He got up to hit the alarm when one of the seeds took his legs out from underneath him and he went tumbling down towards the moat. One of the King's men found Humpty Dumpty and sounded the alarm. When the king found out what happened he went his soldiers to fight and all his horses and all his men to try to put Humpty together. But by the time they got to Humpty Dumpty he was so scrambled that they could not put him back together again. When the soldiers got back from their victory. The king had a memorial service for Humpty Dumpty. MORALE: That if you sit on a wall when a battle is coming you'll end up scrambled.
* Alternate Ending: One day Humpty Dumpty and King Tuna went out to sit on the high city walls. It was a bright and sunny day with a strong wind. Humpty Dumpty was getting up to play a trick on King Tuna when he feel and hit the ground. The King sounded for all his horses and men to put Humpty Dumpty together. But by the time they got there he was already sunny side up and they could not put him together again. MORALE: That if you try to play a trick on a friend you'll end sunny side up in the end. |
