The train will come in about noon and keep passing by without stopping. Five minutes into the run it will go over a large canyon that is 400 feet deep. You can defeat Cell by luring him to the train and using it's massive power. But you have to make a decision:

Should you try to defeat Cell by: Let the train nail him and splatter his guts across the tracks.

or

Use some of your famous Chemistry to set up a big bang.

or

Toss his ass down the canyon!
