You set up the dynomite and put satchels of gunpowder around it. You connect the fuse and put the other end of it on the train track. You use dirt and grass to cover everything up, so Cell doesn't notice your plan.
Once everything is ready you just have to wait for the train to set off the explosion and for Cell to be knee deep in the flames.

You grip the Remington tightly and stand atop the hillside.
"Cell!" You scream. "I'm calling your ass out!"

"It's about damn time." You hear him say as he emerges from the whore house. "I didn't come all this way for the cheap whiskey! I came here to fight!" He walks out past the town and climbs up the hill in which you stand.

You and Cell face nose to nose. He fingers his two revolvers as you grip your Remington.
The both of you stand there in a heated staring contest and the silence is eventually broken by the blaring sound of the train's whistle.

You both turn your heads as the train blasts down the tracks and nears closer to your position. You look down to see that everything is in place. Once lit, the fuse should take thirty seconds to burn down. Then: Boom!

You look back at Cell and he punches you in the gut and throws you of the hill. You fall ten feet down and slam onto the tracks.
He lowers himself down in the air and you blast of a shot of the Remington.
Cell dodges your shot and he quickly takes out his revolvers and starts blasting away.
You roll on the track to avoide the gun fire and you come nose to nose with the fuse. You stare at it closely and notice it's been lit! One of Cell's shots must've gotten it! Which means it'll burn down prematurely and probably take the oncoming train with it!

Your plan is all screwed up, but there's not much you can do about it.
You try to get up off the tracks but Cell falls down on top of you and drives his knee into your back.
You screach in pain and let go of your gun.
You notice you've got about twenty seconds before the dynamite blows.
Cell picks you up by the neck and pummels you with his fist. He drops you in the dirt and you scurry for your Remington.

You grab your gun but Cell grabs you by your hair and tosses you thirty feet away: ontop of the speeding train!
You have your gun in hands, on top of the monster that's blasting by at sixty miles an hour.

Ten seconds.

You reach the head of the train and try to get your bearings. You stand on the engine and watch as Cell lowers himself on the section of the train behind you. You look at the gunpowder and realize that you're going too slow to pass it. It's going to explode right under you. There's no way you can outrun it.
"End of the line!" He shouts.
"Ain't that the truth!"

Five Seconds

You aim the Remington at Cell as the train approaches the dynamite. Cell stands there, staring at your bleeding face. He pulls out his pistols and aims them at you.

Three Seconds

You can get off one more shot before the explosion, so make it a good one!

Disconnect the engine from the train and hope you can outrun the explosion.

or

Blast that bastard Cell! Take him out, once and for all!
