| It is very easy to move around Chinese cities. You can use numerous means of transport. Most of the Chinese people use bicycles, some have cars, and the rest simply walks or catches a bus. Cabs aren't expensive, you pay 10Y for the first 4 km and then 1.2 for every km. There are several bike rentals, even some hotels have them, so you can always rent a bike. The cheapest way is just to use a bus, where prices vary from 1Y to 3Y, though buses can be sometimes croudy. A very interesting means of transportation are bicycle and motorbike cabs, which are a bit more expensive than buses and they will not go very far. But you can always enjoy the "fresh" air and a lot of excitement when you see cars or buses heading towards you. |
