Well hello everyone. I'm back once again. It's been awhile since I last updated the site. I just really haven't felt like messing with it until today. Today I decided I better get some work done so you guys will have something to look at; its no fun when somebody doesn't keep their website updated now is it?
So lets see, some new things to talk about. As most of you know, summer is almost over and I believe it to be only about 3 weeks until we're returning to good ol Purdue to fire back up and take it another round. I've talked to you all online, and never have I seen so many people anxious to get back to school! Of course, I myself have actually enjoyed my free time at Purdue (what little of it there is) so as you can imagine, I'm gonna be happy to get back and see you all. But don't spend the rest of your summer looking forward to school. Spend the rest of your summer paying attention to the here and now and enjoy it. That way when school starts back up and you realize "oh yea, I have to go to class," that thought won't be followed by "I miss summer."
Well as most of you know already, I'm supposed to go get my wisdom teeth removed. Not something I'm too thrilled about, but it must be done none the less. I've been avoiding it since I got my braces off when I was a Junior in high school. My orthodontist said I needed them out (what do orthodontists know?) but my trusted dentist took x-rays and said that my teeth were small enough that I wouldn't have to have it done. Now he's changed his story and I must have them removed, but at least I know I'm hearing the advice from someone I trust and not someone who's just out to make a buck by referring someone for a proceedure that doesn't actually need to be done. So I'm going to have that done on Aug. 3rd, and then Aug. 6th is the Brickyard 400. I know...I know... I'm probably stupid for trying to go there, but by golly, its a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for the 3rd year in a row, how can I pass that up?! Hehe! So I'll be sure to take pictures, and hopefully my friend Sarah will keep her pit pass and go into talk to the crew chiefs and drivers and hopefully snap a few pictures for me. And you know me, if I can get ahold of em, I'll put em up here!
Okay its dinner time. Feliz Navidad!
