Mt Kearsarge White Mountains, NH 26 July, 2002 |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
The second 10 mile hike for hiking merit badge. Mt Kearsarge is a lesser known but challenging peak in the Mt Washington Valley. It offers excellent panoramic views and a fire tower at the summit, which can be used for protection from the elements or even overnight stays. The route began at Hurricane Mt Road trailhead to the summit. We returned via the same route and then traversed through Mt Cranmore and Artist Falls. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
