He spent three years working at the Mental Health Center of Jacksonville in the Children�s Short Term Residential Treatment unit. There, he developed and supervised the implemtation of token economy systems for each resident. He later took a position as an outpatient Behaviorist, where he provided in home consulting services to parents.
He was a Behavior Therapist for four years at the White Foundation, where he supervised the behavior management programs of four therapeutic homes for the Department of Juvenile Justice.
He worked as a Middle School teacher for severely emotionally disturbed students for three years with Duval County Schools.
He is currently an independent provider for the Agency for Persons with Disabilities for Florida's District 4.
He spent five years working as a behavior analyst for the University of Florida, Department of Children and Families, Behavior Analysis Services Program.
In his 16 years, Lyndon has worked with children, caregivers, staff members, and facilities. His goal is to promote desired behavior using principles of behavior analysis and improve overall quality of life for those he serves. He is committed to providing quality and ethical care.
