Whoever you are reading this webpage right now---you matter. You count. That is why it hurts so much when one human being kills another human being.
I see memorials on the internet all the time of people of all ages---mostly young people---who have been murdered by someone.
Every human life is valuable.
Don't get me wrong. I support the death penalty. ANY human being who deliberately takes the life of another human being simply because they wanted to or because they wanted something from that human being should get the death penalty. Abortion is a slightly different matter.
Abortion is murder because it is actually the killing of an actual human being. The only difference of that pre-born human being and the rest of us is---location ("Baby in womb grabs surgeon's finger").
I hate abortion. However, NO person or persons should be put death for abortion. I do not in any way, shape or form support those individuals that have killed abortion doctors or have shot up abortion clinics. That is wrong. Also, I do not call the guy who was executed for killing an abortion doctor in 1994, a martyr. He is not a martyr! I do not believe that God welcomed this murderer of the abortion doctor with open arms.
The mothers and fathers and doctors of aborted children should not be put to death. Only God can deal with such individuals after they have aborted or enabled the abortion of their children.
Abortion has been a federal and instituted evil in our nation for thirty-two years, now! It became legal in January of 1973.
Someday, it will be blatantly obvious to (particularly U.S.) Americans that we---will---"pay the piper."
Ironically, I didn't become a pro-lifer until after I became sexually active. I am SO glad that I became pro-life at this point because it is a fact that more AFRO-AMERICAN WOMEN---and girls--- have ABORTIONS than any other race of women! Can you believe it---more than any other race of women! (at least in this country!) Since I am an Afro-American woman, this is one statistic that I thank God that I did not and will not fall into! It took me three months to believe that statistic to be true after I first learned of it. I just didn't want to believe it! It took me that long to come to grips with it. So, I did my homework. I checked it and rechecked it. Sure enough, it's true! There is data that substantiates it.
That statistic means that even though there are more Caucasian women in this country and, therefore, there will be more abortions among Caucasian women---AFRO-AMERICAN WOMEN---and girls--- are more likely to have an ABORTION. In other words, the statistic is based on ratio not "racial." For one caucasian woman who has an abortion, there will be three AFRO-AMERICAN WOMEN---and girls--- many of whom are BORN-AGAIN, EVANGELICAL CHRISTIANS who will have ABORTIONS.
The best way to say what this statistic means is that more black women and girls are willing to murder their Pre-born Children than any other group of women or girls!
Abortion is evil no matter who does it, but the WORSE group of abortionists are AFRO-AMERICAN WOMEN---and girls---and men---and boys many of whom are born-again evangelical Christians!!!
(I wonder if brown-skinned Afro-American women are the most likely amongst us A.A. women and girls to abort their children? I can say that because I'm brown-skinned. I just wonder.)
Afro-American women are the highest to be most likely to abort their children. Hispanic women are the second highest to be most likely to abort their children. Caucasian women are the third highest to be most likely to abort their children. Asian and Indian women are not even on the list! That doesn't mean that they don't kill their Pre-born Children because some of them do (particularly here in the U.S. by choice), but their numbers are so low that they're not even on the list as a group!
I don't care who this might offend! I will stand by the words that I just wrote! in general, looking at an overall picture of abortion, AFRO-AMERICAN WOMEN, GIRLS, MEN, AND BOYS ARE MORE WILLING TO DESTROY THEIR PRE-BORN CHILDREN THAN ANY OTHER GROUP OF PEOPLE!!!
The Pill , the IUD, Depo Provera, Norplant and the RU-486 pill are abortifacients. I had to get this information straight just recently after I spoke to some nurses and doctors and they told me that it's not if the woman or girl will get pregnant even while using one of these, but when. So, I have corrected this section.
The word, "abortifacient," means that these methods do kill a baby the same as a regular abortion does and the girl or woman never knows that their baby has been killed. Yes, the female does still get pregnant even after she has used one of these contraceptives. A lot of women and girls don't know this.
The baby, when he or she is still very, very small, tries to anchor his or herself onto the lining of the uterus, but these "abortifacients" make it impossible for the baby to do this because they cause the lining of the uterus to scar and get hardened. So, the baby has nothing soft to attach to. There's no way of predicting when they will kill the baby.
Everyone in the medical community knows this. This is not information that's just from pro-lifers. The doctors and nurses at the abortion clinics know this information as well. Doctors and nurses in doctors' offices and hospitals know this but they will never tell you.
The "Pill," was invented by one of several scientists. One of whom is the name sake of my former high school, unfortunately---Percy L. Julian High School. Julian was an Afro-American scientist. He was one of the first Afro-American scientists to be recognized for his contribution as a scientist.
I don't care that this man was black and one of the first black scientists in the United States. I do not admire him! It's sad that one of his noted contributions was only towards something evil. He was one of the people responsible for bringing about the horrible creation of the pill. He and the other scientists knew from the very beginning (1960) about the fact that females could still get pregnant using this pill.
This is one of the many reasons that I am not proud of my high school. (I hated it, anyway.)
From the time I was fourteen years old until the time I was thirty years old, I consciously made an effort not to be physically intimate with a guy until after I was married. It was my intention to be a good, Christian girl and eventually grow up into a good, Christian woman and then a good, Christian wife. I would make my little speeches to Christian teenage groups and then eventually Christian college-aged groups.
Now, to some of you that sounds real noble and honorable, right? Well, it was not quite so noble or honorable. With my speeches, I gave the impression that I was a good, Christian virgin, but in the privacy of my heart, I had a different view. I remember getting very angry and even bitter with myself because I would think to myself, "If I ever fall into sexual sin and have sex and then get pregnant, then I'm definitely having an abortion!" I even had the would-be city all picked out that I would go to to get the possible abortion and then stay there with friends until the abortion was over and I could go back home and no one in my Christian circles would ever find out.
Can you imagine that? I actually had that in my heart! I was willing to murder my would-be baby just to keep up a good, Christian image to people that thought they knew me.
I thank God that I did not yield to temptation and have sex during that time that I was arrogant. I had the heart of an abortionist.
I have another confession. When my family and I used to go to various churches around the city of Chicago, we usually visited churches that were in real poor, "high-risk" areas. They were dangerous places. I used to think to myself, "Alot of these children should have been aborted because most of them are from unmarried mothers and they're very poor. They're already in a bad situation. They're dirty and they live in slums."
Can you believe that?
In this regard, I lied to others and ultimately, to the Living God. For those of you who are looking down your "good, Christian" nose at me---you might want to examine your own heart. There might very well be evil in your heart just like there was evil in my own heart. Usually, people who are self-righteous are totally overlooking the evil in their own heart.
There are those of you (some of you, pro-lifers) who believe in the mother getting an abortion if carrying the baby will kill the mother. I know of two adult women who CHOSE to have their bodies remain on life-support long enough for their babies to be bought to full term and delivered even though they knew full well that in doing so, they themselves would die. I know that there have been other situations in which there are those of you who have lost loved ones either while they were carrying their child or while they were giving birth. If the child had not been there, perhaps your loved one would still be alive. I am so sorry if this has happened to you and your family. Those words are probably of little consolation.
However, to those of you who have not suffered this type of grief, here is my advice to you---I know that God can make a way. I just know it.
