I have only recently got into the military modeling scene, before that, I spent many years painting and modelling fantasy miniatures. I happened to pick up a Tamiya Tiger early model 135th kit on ebay cheap. Being a student of warfare in a purely amateur sense, I knew something of the history of this machine , and the Tiger personifies for me the genius of German engineering from this period. Having been persuaded to buy an airbrush by my good friend sphere,I set to work . I love 1/35th scale because you get such a good level of detail without the parts requiring a microscope to assemble. The end product is of a good size and looks impressive if set against a well made base. The following Kits are shown in the order I built them.
