In the evenings I will crash and watch TV, or read most of the time. I watch Country Music TV, VH1, HGTV, ice hockey, NASCAR, and football, both college and pro. I read alot - two-three novels a week - of mostly action / suspense / thriller type fiction, but also read westerns and romance novels.
I like to play boardgames, like Monopoly and Scrabble. I love to play cards, especially Rook, Rummy, and Spades. I also like to play a few electronic and computer games, but I'm not addicted.
I do most of my own auto and home repairs. I also take care of my mom's place, for her.
I'm the father of two lovely girls, Alexis who's 8 and Amber who's 12. See their pages for for more about them! Their mom and I divorced a couple of years ago, and I only have them every other weekend. I enjoy just hanging out with them whenever I can. But that is hard to do as they are active in church and sports. They both play handbells in the church choir. Amber is in the youth drama group and the Ensemble. Alexis has GA's. For the past two years they have both played little leauge softball. They are both honor roll students in school, and avid readers.
I have closely cut brown hair that is prematurely starting to turn white because of the girls! ;<) I'm 5 foot 10 and a half inches tall, and weigh about 200 pounds. Yea, I could afford to lose a few pounds, but how many of us couldn't! I keep my head buzzed, and have a goatee and mustache. I am pretty open-minded and diverse and willing to try almost anything once. I'm pretty much a clean-cut country boy (bordering on redneck) with southern raising. I'll say please, thank you and open the door for ladies, but I'll cuss and say ain't and y'all, too.
I don't smoke, but I do use smokeless tobacco, regularly. I need to quit, but don't have the willpower too, yet! I won't dip, or chew, on a date, but will want to have some on an all day outing! I drink beer and mixed drinks occasionally, but not often, and usually have a two drink limit. My big brother in California has gotten me started drinking some wine, but I an not a connoisseur. I like Chardonnay's mostly.
I have a temper, but I control it most of the time. I may get excited, but I've never hit a female, unless being playful, and have no respect for any man who has or does. Return to my homepage
