| Children visited the Lagan Lookout and took a trip around the Belfast Lough on a boat called Joyce. They also visited The GasWorks in Carrickfergus for a bit of local history. The children then expressed what they saw through poetry and art. Then certain poems by John Mulholland, Heather Nicholls, Matthew Clements, Maeve Connor and Peter Taylor were chosen to be acted out by Gabriel Cowan, Shauna Crymble, Aimee McAllister, Heather Nicholls, Conor Sturgeon and Peter Taylor in a performance at the Town Hall, Carrickfergus |
