Eating Disorders
Attention all, this page has just started its construction, It will be completed soon. This part is serious, not only because of the ineffectiveness it may hold for fat-loss. But more importantly for health risks. I have been an anorexic for two months and I can tell you nothing good came from it except me learning how do do this the proper way. Anyway this page has information about eating disorders as well as why not to try them at all. Stick to my healthy routine on exerciseandeating healthily and you will be fine.
Eating disorders are serious. I do not want anybody to think that they can easily lose fat by skipping meals, starving yourself etc.
Ok guys this is serious. Remember in the introduction page I said I went down some bad roads. Well I was extremely lucky to get off that path and find the right one in time. I don't want anybody to think that the reason I lost all that fat was because I starved myself. That is simply not true, scientifically for the amount of time I tried starving myself, I could not lose any fat - I would simply dehydrate myself and if prolonged, given myself serious health risks. The reason I lost all that fat (it was all fat, since I never gained it back) was because of my proper eating and exercise habits.
Here are some serious eating disorders. If you or someone you know are using these as tools for fat loss - get help immediately. They will most likely not work, and most importantly, you will seriously jeapordize your health.
