Yukina: The Twin Sister
Yukina is a fragile-looking girl with blue-green hair and soft blue eyes. She speaks with a certain gentleness and is
truly a kind-hearted person. She finds joy in small things and even the sight of birds being tortured brings this little girl
to tears.
Yukina is a native of Koorime, the Land of Ice. She was born possibly minutes away from when Hiei was born and with
the same mother. Hiei was her twin. Unfortunately, she never get to meet her brother. They
threw him away in belief that he was cursed before she can even have a glimpse of him. She lost the brother she never really had and shortly
afterwards, her mother followed.
Wanting to know who her brother was, she tried finding out what little she can by asking the elders in their town. All
she got was the belief her brother died long ago when he was thrown at the flowing river. They
thought no little baby could possibly survive being alone that long. But Yukina knew better. She believed in her heart that her brother is alive
and well. And so with permission to go, Yukina set off to find her brother without knowing where to start. All she had
was the urge to find her brother whom she knew in her heart was still alive and a single pearl necklace. The pearl
necklace was the only connection she has with her twin brother and possibly the only way she can recognize him. It
was the tear her mother shed when she was born and another matching pearl came from her mother's eyes when her
twin was born. Finding a match to her necklace is what she was looking for.
She searched far and wide, and she searched alone. Soon she found herself in the hands of an abusive businessman
in the Human World. But she was rescued and she was free again. Free to find the long lost
brother she had, not knowing that she already found him. Yes, she found him but his brother, Hiei, would not tell her who he was. Besides,
she cannot possibly find out, he lost his pearl necklace long ago in a fight. And so the fact that Hiei was her brother
was kept from her. Yukina was left to wonder why the strange looking fire demon seems to care for her. And maybe
somehow she hears her heart saying that Hiei could be her twin.
Hiei And Mukoro: The Kindred Souls
Mukoro was born forbidden. She was cast away by her parents. Thrown to nowhere until she found herself imprisoned.
She was lost, she did not know who she is. And so anger build up inside her. Revenge followed and so she escaped
the prison that kept her for a long time. With her hands chained and her face covered with her messy hair, she went
away. She was free...but not from the chains. It just wont let go. The chain
remained tied in her hands. And she started her revenge. She fought and won until she became one of the most powerful being
in the Demon World. Now, she is no longer an outcast, no longer forbidden. Now, they have no choice but look up at
her.
Mukoro has her eyes set on finding Hiei. Somehow she felt connected to him. They were both outcasts, they were
both forbidden. For a long time she holds the pearl necklace Hiei has been looking for. Wanting to give it to him
personally. But when she met him, she revealed more than the pearl necklace kept in her mouth but her entire self like
she never had before. She felt that she could trust him, for she believes they were
kindred. Hiei died before she can even revealed everything to him except for the pearl that he did not want anymore for he already has the match given to
him by her sister. Not wanting to lose him, Mukoro revived the life of Hiei. And so Hiei lived and became Mukoro's right
hand in the upcoming war in the Demon World, war against Yusuke and Rai-Zen, Yomi and Kurama.
