This
section does not mainly focus on Hiei's weapons - but instead it will
introduce you to Hiei's weapons, skills and techniques. I must say
that Hiei, often than not, displays an enormous amount of power.
Though small in stature, this proud fire demon is not to be
underestimated - he possesses uncanny powers that could challenge even
the strongest opponents.
Skills
Lightning-fast speed - Hiei is quite known
for moving as fast as a blink of an eye. This skill compliments a lot
of Hiei's attacks and is definitely an advantage on his side.
**Hiei can also transform into another form.
Whenever he changes into Majiin Hiei, his powers increase - making him
even more invincible. His skin turns to green and glowing red Jagans
appear all over his body. Though this increases his power, it also
eats out his energy.
Weapons
Katana - is Hiei's sword. Probably his most
used weapon. Hiei's katana proves to very effective because it is
complimented by his lightning-fast speed.
Jagan - Hiei's "third eye". He got
his Jagan by undergoing an operation with Shegure. With this, he is
able to predict events, see things within great distances and even
hear conversations hundreds of miles away.
Techniques
Ensatsu-Koku-Ryu-Ha (Black Dragon Spirit
Technique) - This is Hiei's most powerful attack. We have seen it and
know for fact that it is really very destructive, annihilating
everything on its path. (This technique was refuted by both Mukuro and
Bui.)
Jaou-Ensatsu-Ken (Black Fire Sword) - This
is similar to Kuwabara's rei ken. A sword is created through Hiei's
summons of the fires of hell combined with his youki. Hiei rarely uses
this technique.
Ensatsu-Rengoku-Shou - consecutive punches
from Hiei's fist. But these punches are no ordinary punches, this fact
is evident because when Hiei uses this technique, his fist gave out a
green glow.
Now
that's Hiei for you! I have to admit that even though I like Kurama
better, Hiei's techniques are cooler than my Kurama's. Plus the fact
that he is a small, stubborn, proud demon made his character even more
cooler.
