There is a person, whom I will call "Hocus Pocus," who gives himself out as an "East Indian," and with whom I have an ongoing war since he first forced himself and his writings upon my attentions March 3, 2007, when he wrote using the false name "Peter Rebello," pretending to be a Goan.

Hocus Pocus' original blog — reproduced along with my refutation at Norteiro Malice — consisted of a blog that contained only one post, a long screed of racist, atavistic chauvinism directed against the Goan, Mangalorean (pejoratively "Mangy") and Keralite (or Malabarese or Malayalee or "Mallu") Christians in Bombay, etc. This was on the now-closed blog, http://eastindians.blogspot.com. In response, I wrote out a tract of refutation of the falsehoods contained in that blog, An Unfortunate & Irrational Outpouring Of 'East Indian' Malice & Xenophobia (http://www.geocities.com/livrant/norteiro-malice.html). Thus began our war.

Hocus Pocus' first blog, http://eastindians.blogspot.com, is now no longer available, the coward having been forced to pulled it down due to the many adverse responses he received to his maliciousness, racism and blatant bigotry. However, he had then set up a second edition of this idioticity, http://BombayTribes.blogspot.com. This too, the coward has been forced to pull down due to the many adverse responses he received to his maliciousness, racism and blatant bigotry.

This refutation is the second — and more extensive — refutation of Hocus Pocus. In refuting the humbug's malice, I will quote extensively from his spam emails, blog posts, etc. I have posted, for purposes of reference, the actual texts of Hocus Pocus' spam emails, at any rate, most of them, at http://www.geocities.com/livrant/hocus.pocus.spam.emails.html. Where I quote Hocus Pocus in this present refutation, I have highlighted the humbug's vile utterances in bold, red text.

My opponent is too cowardly to identified himself by his true name; he has continually spammed me every time writing under a different name (See below for a treatment of this issue, under the title Schizophrenia OR An Admission of Illegitimacy?). However, by contrast, he denounces me as a "coward," even a "filthy coward" (sic!) for not having put up my home address and telephone numbers on my web pages (Hocus Pocus says, "A person by the name Lucio Mascarenhas who... does not disclose on any of his websites his valid residential / office address or valid mobile number from which it is very clear he is... a filthy coward").

In this, Hocus Pocus, hireling of the Pagans, — who has a myriad aliases, and is too cowardly to sign his putrid, godless and impious garbage with his own true name — thinks that he is being "ingenuous;" however, since he has never provided his true name, valid residential or office address or valid mobile number on any of his own online writings or spam emails, he merely certifies himself a true "filthy coward."

In the English language, and in most other major languages, the term "East Indian" defines a historic geographic macro-region of the world. This is also called the Indies. It is called the "East" Indies to distinguish it from the Americas, which were at one time confused by Christopher Columbus as being part of the Indies, and which were later called the "West Indies." The latter title is now largely confined to the formerly "British West Indies" or Caribbean island states — Jamaica, the Bahamas, Trinidad & Tobago, British Guiana, etc. — that had once formed themselves into a federal political union. These states still preserve a united cricket team.

In what was once "British India," the term "East Indian" refers to a Christian ethnic community that was at one time the predominant, if not the sole, demographic of the Bombay, Salsette, Ba�aim ("Bassein" or "Vasai") regions, including the City of Thane. When the English were given Bombay by the Portuguese, as part of a marriage treaty, they called these people "Portuguese;" later, during the French Revolutionary & Napoleonic Wars, when England invaded and occupied Goa twice, and solicited the immigration of Goans into Bombay, they distinguished these "East Indians" as "Bombay Portuguese" as against the "Goan Portuguese" who were Portuguese citizens.

Before the English took over Bombay, and then invaded the surrounding regions, expelling the Portuguese, the region was ruled from the now dead City of Ba�aim (the �m� is silent), which had been conquered from the Arab Sultanate of Cambay. Ba�aim was then the seat of the second-most important Portuguese government in South Asia, the "Corte de Norte" or "Court of the North." From this name comes the Portuguese and Goan Concannim ("Konkani") names for the "East Indians," which is "Norteiro" and "Norter," meaning "Northmen."

The English invaded and conquered the islands of Mazagon, Parel, Mahim (formerly "Mahikawati", the �m� is silent in Portuguese), Colaba, etc., from their base on Bombay Island, and they also instigated the Marathas to invade and colonize the islands of Bandra (Bandora), Salsette, Dharavi, Trombay, Kurla, Juhu, etc., and the "New Bombay" and Ba�aim ("Vasai") regions. The Marathas in turn imposed the Marathi language upon the remnants of the conquered Christian natives, a policy that was actively aided and abetted and enforced by the English on Bombay and other territories ruled by them.

The English followed the policy of �Solve et coagula� or 'Divide et impera' (�Divide and rule�) not unique to themselves, as Chanakya Kautilya had in ancient times taught the same principle to his prot�g� Chandragupta Maurya in order to divide and conquer the existing powers of North India at that time, which was shortly after the collapse of the Iranian Empire before Alexander the Great, resulting in Alexander�s incursions into the Iranian Empire�s Indian provinces in what is now Pakistan, and before Chanakya as the ancient Brahmins had done, after usurping the first place among the Hindu castes from the Kshatriyas, and had perpetually fomented civil wars among the various other castes and sub-castes to keep them off-balance and incapable of upturning their usurpations....

As part of this policy, the English cultivated divisions between the Catholics, actively meddling in the internal affairs of the Church and causing a great schism, the Padroado-Propaganda Conflict. Another part of their strategy was to invent and foster bad feelings between the Lusitanized Catholics based on their region of origin. Thus, a section of the "Bombay Portuguese" were instigated to agitate against the "influx" of Goans into Bombay, as "threats" to their jobs, etc., and they also sought to distinguish themselves from the Goans and to underline their "loyalty" to Protestant, anti-Catholic England, by renaming themselves as "East Indians" after the East India Company that then ruled British India.

At the same time, the "East Indians" were "fighting" the Goans for jobs, at the instigation of the English Protestants, who themselves actively solicited and imported Goans into Bombay in order to wean them away from Catholicism and Portugal, the English deliberately solicited Hindu, Marathi, Gujarati and other groups to settle and colonize the cities of Bombay, Bandra, Thane, and the whole surrounding region. The "East Indians" who unthinkingly fell for the English lies against the Goans, failed to see, comment or oppose the influx of these people, who were and are a far greater or more real threat to their demography.

It has been more than three centuries since these events began, but their effects continue to this day, and bad feelings continue to persist between the "East Indians" and the Goans. In the present time, when parochialism and provincialism is looked down upon, and a spirit of liberalism and cosmopolitanism is preferred, those attitudes have begun to lose their hold over both groups.

The writings of the anonymous and cowardly "East Indian" Hocus Pocus apparently seeks to revive these ill-feelings among the "East Indians," designed to stoke xenophobia and nativist bigotry directed against Goan, Mangalorean and Keralite Christians in the Bombay metropolitan region.

Hocus Pocus wants to divert the attentions of the "East Indians" from their real problems, from their real enemies, by stampeding them into a hysteria over an imaginary threat from Goan, Mangalorean and Keralite Christians in the Bombay-Ba�aim region.

In this, Hocus Pocus is merely advancing the Agenda of his masters and employers, the R.S.S.-B.J.P. & Sangh Parivar, which is to divide and confuse Christians....

Despite writing using different false identities, it is easy to recognize that these spam emails are from the same author: They all share the same pandering to the baser instincts, low intellectual appeal, lousy punctuation and a sloppy writing style that makes a aching mishmash of the English language, spelling and grammar (e.g., "this" instead of "these", "is" instead of "are", etc.), cowardly fear of revealing one�s true agenda and name openly by signing one�s true and real name to one�s emails, puerile adoption of charges to be thrown back at the accuser, insistent infantile and psychopathic craving for attention that disregards basic common decency and respect for those who repeatedly state that they do not wish to receive these spam emails, etc., etc.

For a long time, I did not understand the true agenda and motives of this person. I recognized the maliciousness of his claims, and his hostility towards the Catholic religion and church, but I still did not recognize his true motives, his true agenda. In this I was culpably blind. However, in the recent few days, as he has begun to increasingly become more vicious in his writings and acts against me, I have had occasion to review his writings, and so discovered his true agenda and motive.

I have reason to believe that I know the true identity of this person, which he has never revealed in any of his writings. However, since he will not reveal his true name, and since I am not here to act as his publicity agent gratis, I will not call this man by what I believe is his true name, but I will use an alias for him, Hocus Pocus.

The moniker Hocus Pocus is appropriate and apt for this man, because his writings and his message are exactly that; 'Hocus Pocus' means 'nonsense,' gibberish. That is exactly what Hocus Pocus vends: Swinish, bestial Gibberish.

It was when I was reading a spam email that Hocus Pocus had sent me under the false name of James Nadar (a Tamilian name) that I realized his true agenda and motive. A careful re-reading of his other spam emails re-inforced that realization and also amplified my understanding of Hocus Pocus� true agenda and motive, given the parallels in the current political and ideological developments in the Bombay region.

Hocus Pocus is, I realized, a hardcore member of the extremist Hindu fascist, and even openly Hitlerite Neo-Nazi movement, the Sangh Parivar, and in particular, the R.S.S. and the Vishwa Hindu Parishad or World Hindu Council, and of its front organizations, the "Poor Christians Liberation Movement," a band of paid quislings, hirelings and fifth columnists; the PCLM is designed to be Hinduism's Trojan Horse for subverting and perverting South Asian Christianity, and to subjugate it to Hinduism.

When Hitler began his movement in Germany, many people began to admire his teachings and policies, and sought to implement them locally. In England, Mosley sought to imitate Hitler and his Storm Troopers, while in British India, Golwalkar, Savarkar and others, continuing the work of Gokhale, Tilak and older Freemasons, initiated the foundation of the Rashtriya Swayamsewak Sangh or National Self-Service Union, the R.S.S. This became the core of the Sangh Parivar, which includes literally more than a thousand front organizations, including the Bharatiya Janata Party or Indian People�s Party, abbreviated to BJP, which advocates the strange cult of "Hindu Nationalism," absurdly pretending that the Hindus of the world constitute a "nation"!

As part of its strategy, the BJP and the Sangh Parivar have sought to cultivate a cadre of "domesticated" Christians, Muslims, Sikhs, Buddhists, and other minorities who endorse their policies, claims and pretensions, in order that they may work as quislings or fifth columnists within their parent communities, as alien parasites on their parent hosts. One such organization is the "Poor Christians Liberation Movement" or PCLM.

The PCLM�s pretension is that the Christian Dalits have not been victimized by the Hindus, but that they have been victimized by South Asian Christianity, which has allegedly discriminated, exploited and robbed them, and that South Asian Christianity has amassed huge assets, including lands, by doing so; that there is no such thing as a true and sincere conversion to Christianity but that all such conversions to Christianity are always by fraud (which is what the BJP & Sangh Parivar have persistently — and perversely — affirmed); that South Asian Christianity must be emasculated, and politically and organizationally subordinated to Hinduism in India. The pattern that is recommended is that of the "Patriotic Associations," essentially schismatic sects, set up by the Chinese Communists as their puppets in Communist China. This is what the Sangh Parivar and the PCLM has consistently advocated for many years. This is also exactly what Hocus Pocus consistently advocates.

Allied to the BJP in Maharashtra, which, for political reasons includes the Middle Concan ("Konkan" or "Kokan"), is the rabidly Hitlerite and Neo-Nazi Shiv Sena, which acts as the primary agent for Marathi colonialism, imperialism, chauvinism and jingoism in the Middle Concan ("Konkan"), which comprises the civil districts of Thane, Bombay Urban, Bombay Suburban, Raigad (Colaba), Ratnagiri and Sindhudurg.

Over the last few years, there has been an internal schism within the Thackeray family which founded and leads the Shiv Sena, with Raj Thackeray seceding to form the rival Maharashtra Navnirman Sena, abbreviated to MNS.

Members of the BJP, while being allied for electoral reasons with the Shiv Sena, nevertheless despise the Shiv Sena and its agenda, as being "divisive" of Hindus; they also contemn Raj Thackeray�s MNS because it has acted to wean away the Shiv Sena�s vote bank by outdoing the Shiv Sena in its poisonous ideology of chauvinism, jingoism and of rabid xenophobia.

The BJP has an intense aversion to any other nationalist aspiration as militating against its pan-Hindu nationalism, and so, in order to destroy these aspirations, it calls for the division of the Indian states into smaller states; Hocus Pocus advocates exactly the same, advocating not only the separation of the Konkan from Maharashtra, but also that of Vidarbha, etc. ("Break up all the large States into smaller ones for better governance and administration in the interests of all the Indian people so that the fruits of development are evenly spread out.... If Vidarbha can be seperated and made into a seperate State as demanded by the Maharastra BJP, why cannot Mumbai")

While the BJP and the Shiv Sena are allied for electoral reasons, against "secularist" parties, they intensely disagree on the BJP�s pet project of breaking up the Indian States into smaller states.... They mutually contemn each other over this issue.

When one reads the writings of Hocus Pocus, one will be astonished to discover that Hocus Pocus not only advocates exactly that what the BJP advocates, but one will also be astonished to discover that he has an attitude of contempt for the Shiv Sena, and even more for the MNS. This proves that Hocus Pocus is a faithful and doctrinaire member of the BJP, RSS and Sangh Parivar, and of the fraud called the "Poor Christian Liberation Movement."

This also proves that Hocus Pocus is a liar when he claims to be a Christian from the "East Indian" ethnic group; he is an apostate to rabid, extremist Hinduism; an infiltrator and an agent or quisling or fifth columnist for the BJP / RSS / Sangh Parivar / PCLM to advance its agenda by stealth and cunning among the "East Indians" in an effort to keep the numerous and influential Christians of the Bombay metropolitan region divided and off-balance so that they cannot exert themselves against the depredations of the Sangh Parivar (R.S.S., B.J.P., V.H.P., V.K.A., P.C.L.M., etc.) against their co-religionists elsewhere in South Asia.

Hocus Pocus would have the "Church" guide "seminarians and priests about the slick infiltration techniques employed by the highly skilled 'debaters' among the Hindu fundamentalists." But that is exactly what Hocus Pocus is himself: An infiltrator and propagandist for the Sangh Parivar!

In order to throw people off the trail, to confuse and to mislead, Hocus Pocus pretends that I, who exposes and opposes his malicious campaign of misinformation, chauvinism, and xenophobia, "am anti-East Indian;" and that I "... create enmity between Christians and Hindus, between Catholics and Protestants, between Christians and Muslims, etc."

As a matter of fact, I write only to affirm the teaching of the Holy Bible and of the Catholic Church as it always was, rejecting the recent changes which compromise this basic and essential message. The Christian message is of exclusivity and of rejection of all other religions as being false and man-made; of rejecting all other �gods� as being false (See http://www.geocities.com/livrant/basiccatholicquotes.html). At the same time, Christianity commands us to hate sin, not the sinner; we are commanded to hate evil and false ideologies, not their dupes, even their willing dupes. Christianity forbids all hatred of one�s fellow-men absolutely, insisting that final judgment be left to God, who knows the inner truths of the hearts of men.

As such, while I have persistently written against false religions, such as Hinduism and Mahomettanism, which I reject as evil and perverse and satanic, I do not hate or advocate hatred for Hindus and Muslims. Again, in pursuing justice against the bigotry of the Marathi, who are predominantly, but not exclusively, Hindu, I violently denounce their lying claims and pretensions, their malice and misanthropy, but I do not cross the limits set by Christianity by imitating their bigotry and chauvinism and jingoism.

My agenda has always been that of the Church: To correct those who are in error, to seek to guide souls back to the truth, Jesus Christ, the God of Israel, in Whom alone they will be saved; to repel the inveterate heretic and apostate and satanist and to overthrow and frustrate their attempts to seduce souls away from God and salvation.

Therefore, my agenda has always been that of Holy Mother Church:

Again, unlike the proud and self-conceited pagans, I do not boast in myself and in my pretended greatness, but acknowledge myself a poor, miserable sinner, hoping to be at least the least of the servants of God.... Let the Lord God use me as He used the jawbone of an ass which he put into the hands of Samson, whereby he slew the Philistines at the Spring of En-Haccore in Ramath-Lehi; whereby I can say, after St. Thomas of Aquinas: "So did the Lord with the jawbone of an ass; what will He not do with a whole ass?"

However, as you read the spam emails of Hocus Pocus, you will detect there in him the same pagan spirit of self-conceit, of boasting in oneself, blowing one�s own trumpet, that Christianity forbids and excludes as godless... the spirit also of maliciousness, of viciousness, of wanton violence and of chicanery, which characterize and distinguish the pagan from the Christian (but there are good pagans, too, who I believe, are men of good will laboring under invincible ignorance).

In the meantime, I would also like to stress the fact that the sect which falsely styles itself the Roman Catholic Church, but which is really Roman Modernist Protestantism, and which contemns the Holy Bible, the Word of God, and His Commandments, by teaching that Hindus and Muslims worship the same true God as Christians... is also in cahoots with Hocus Pocus, and supports and indulges him and his mischief. This is because there is a synergy in what this sect aims for, following its coming-out-of-the-closet moment, the "Vatican II Council," with the aims and objectives of the Freemasons and of the Sangh Parivar: A One World, Humanistic, and Freemasonic Government.

This is typical, for in Goa too I have found that this false Christian sect practices the same criminalities, confederating with the numerous enemies of God against the agenda of God and of His One, Holy, Catholic and Apostolic Roman Church.

Breaking Up The Body of Christ

It is not true that all who pretend to be Christian are really Christian, or that all who pretend to be Catholic are really Catholic. This is more so since Vatican II had abrogated the Christian Faith and replaced it with an concocted, eclectic, pantheistic creed that pretends that the God of Christianity is the very same being who is worshipped by Protestants and other schismatics and heretics, by the pagans and infidels, etc.

Nevertheless, I will use the word "Christian" in the colloquial sense.

Christianity teaches the unity of all Christians and commands that they be separate from non-believers. Indeed, Hocus Pocus himself quoted this on his original blog that he has had to sneakily withdraw (http://eastindians.blogspot.com), "One Body, One Hope, One Spirit, One Lord, One Faith, One Baptism. One God The Father Above All In All" ...Amen.

Yet, it is precisely Hocus Pocus' first and last purpose to divide Chrstians in Bombay on the basis of region of origin, to foster racist bigotry and exclusivism among the "East Indians" and to bring about the subjection of all Christians in South Asia to Indian paganism!

Hocus Pocus is so bold as to demand that the Mangalorean Christians, and by extension, every other non-"East Indian" Christian community, cease to use Bombay churches, and rather to leave them to the exclusive control and use of the "East Indians."

Or, in other word, this meally-mouthed hypocrite and pious humbug effectively preaches "Separate Bodies for Christians, Separate Hopes, Separate Spirits, Separate Lords, Separate Faiths, Separate Baptisms, Separate Father-God above all...." This is the real and practical doctrine of our fiendly neighborhood malefactor, Hocus Pocus, Man of Perdition and of Damnation!

Schizophrenia OR An Admission of Illegitimacy?

Hocus Pocus Believes Himself "Son of Many Fathers"!

Hocus Pocus says I am a "bastard." But Hocus Pocus believes himself the "Son of Many Fathers" that he uses very many different names for himself: A man who uses so many different last names for himself must be convinced that he himself is illegitimate, and that is why his paranoia that everyone else also is; I am not saying he is, and I am quite certain that his long-suffering mother is a good and honest soul, with whom my sincere sympathies lie.

It is because Hocus Pocus is a hyper-obsessive maniacal schizophrenic ("My name is Legion, for there are many of us devils in here") that he does not know his own true name, and so has to invent a new one every day.... This is why also he labors under the delusion that everyone else is a liar like himself, incapable of stating his own true name.... What should one say of Hocus Pocus: Pathetic and contemptible or plain mentally diseased?

It is evident that not only is Hocus Pocus convinced he does not know his real father, he is also not very sure his father is an "East Indian," but believes it very possible that his real father may have been a Goan, a Mangalorean, a Keralite, a Tamilian — one of his possible fathers is a Tamilian Nadar, another a Keralite Nair! — etc.

Therefore when Hocus Pocus writes, "Lucio Mascarenhas... (was)... originally baptized with a Hindu name Prakash and brought up in a missionary ashram where the missionaries changed his name to Lucio," it is evident that that the "Son of Many Fathers" was in fact speaking of himself. That is why he is insecure about his own true name and identity, of who his true father is.

And it is very possible that it is Hocus Pocus' childhood trauma in the Ashram where he was brought up, where some strict Goan, Mangalorean and Keralite priests, nuns, brothers, etc. who would not bide his mischiefs and who accordingly chastised him as he deserved, that has embittered him and has imbued in him a consuming hatred of Goan, Mangalorean and Keralite priests, nuns, brothers, etc.!

And he may have been caught lusting after or stalking some Keralite nurse, and got the thrashing that he richly deserved, which has embittered him against Keralite women, so much that he calls all of them "whores"!

I guess I should be grateful that Hocus Pocus has not latched upon me as his "father." Thank God for his mercies! But that is probably because he has found himself plenty of surrogate "fathers" among the very many doddering half-ticketed footie-bag poltroons at the neighborhood R.S.S. shakha (chapter).

Despite the constant thrashing that Hocus Pocus got in the Ashram, or perhaps because of it, ("Stockholm Syndrome"?) it would seem that Hocus Pocus believes that he is probably the son of some or the other Goan, Mangalorean, Keralite or Tamilian priest! Remember: Hocus Pocus is quite convinced that his true father is most probably a Nadar or a Nair!

In his very many spam emails to me, Hocus Pocus has used these names for himself:

Like every other pervert, and as St. Paul the Apostle warns us in his Epistle to the Romans (Romans, chapter 1), the "Son of Many Fathers," Hocus Pocus, is obsessed with Oedipal feelings towards his mother, which is why he is unable to restrain himself and so projects his feelings upon his adversaries. Not only is he convinced his mother was unfaithful to his father (or fathers?), he is also obsessed with her himself. And that is why he projects those aspirations onto his adversaries.

Hocus Pocus claims to be a Catholic priest, a doctor and a professor. Absolutely. He is the Spiritual Director and Grandmaster of the Arch-Confraternity of St. Priapus (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Church_of_St._Priapus), a personal prelature of his "Pope" Ratfinger the Gnome of the Black Forest or "Hitler's Rottweiler"; Hocus Pocus is a Doctor of Applied Gourmet Coprophagy, and is Professor of Scatotomy at the Footiebag University, Nagpur, where he also presides over the ecumenical Bacchanalian and Priapic Rites celebrated by the Roman Modernists and Hindus in order to bring about the union of their respective religions, and where such esteemable personages such as Ivan Dias, etc., commit far more ecumenical things than merely lighting lamps to Ganapati, the chimerical therandric monster & demon 'god' of the Nagpur footiebags.

Hocus Pocus' Agenda, His Claims & Pretensions — That of Judas Iscariot

I have culled out quotes from Hocus Pocus� prolific spam emails, which set out Hocus Pocus� agenda, his claims and pretensions, which, as you will see, is the same as that of Judas Iscariot, the Betrayer of Jesus Christ, our Savior and God.

"The Victims Are To Blame!"

Hocus Pocus exposes his affiliation with the R.S.S.-B.J.P.'s anti-Christian Trojan Horse, the P.C.L.M., and, parroting the lies of the Sangh Parivar, lays the blame for Hindu terrorism against Christians in the Kandhamals on the doorsteps of the Christian missionaries: "The tragic turn of events in Kandhamal in Orissa once again highlights the urgent need for church authorities to immediately halt the fraudulent conversions of poor non-Christians, which is causing so much heart-burning and cultural anxiety. As the menace of conversions is perpetuated with the receipt of foreign funds, the existing Poor Christians (i.e., the Sangh Parivar's puppet "Poor Christians Liberation Movement" or P.C.L.M., of which our meally-mouthed humbug is evidently a member) in India have steadfastly demanded that the church utilize all foreign funds exclusively for the welfare and uplift of poor Christians who are suffering from terrible discrimination within the community." It is also part of the Sangh Parivar's puppet organization, P.C.L.M.'s lies that Dalit Christians are "suffering from terrible discrimination within the community" allegedly at the hands of official Christianity! There are of course aberrations, and many priests and bishops originating from the alleged 'upper caste' converts do participate in perpetuating the caste system even within Christianity, especially in Tamilnadu and Andhra, but, I repeat, these are aberrations.

Judas Iscariot's Obsession With The Imaginary "Fabulous Wealth of Christianity"

Hocus Pocus again parrots the Sangh Parivar's puppet organization, P.C.L.M.'s lies that "The church annually receives so much money..." and he further parrots the P.C.L.M.'s (and the R.S.S., B.J.P., Sangh Parivar's demands) that the "Catholic" Bishops� Conference of India (CBCI) and the National Christian Council of India (NCCI) should set up a Rs. 1000 crore Christian Development Fund to ensure the integrated social and economic development of existing poor christians in India, a suggestion made in order to divert funds from their original purpose of evangelization.

Hocus Pocus, the pious humbug in the mold of the greedy, money-grubbing and avarious Judas Iscariot, demands that "evangelization program funds should be utilized (diverted) for the welfare of poor Christians who have already been converted to Christianity, and whose lot has not been improved by the church."

It is a matter of fact that Hindu religious trusts and temples in India own far more extensive properties than all "Christian" religious entities combined, and that even Mahomettan trusts own far more extensive properties than all "Christian" religious entities combined. It is very probable that the Hindu shrines of Tirupati, Shirdi, Puttaparthi or Sabarimala individually are wealthier than all "Christian" religious entities in India combined.

"Justice Is Denying Converted Victims Justice"

When the Sangh Parivar first fashioned the chimerical "Poor Christians Liberation Movement" about ten years ago, I had already challenged its basic premises, and had affirmed the general principle under which Dalit "Christians" demanded their rights.

Thus, for example, if a victim of the Union Carbide Tragedy in Bhopal should convert from Hinduism to Christianity, is that grounds for denying him justice, reparations, restitutions, rehabilitation? The very notion is absurd.

Yet it is this very absurdity that is mandated and upheld by the "Indian Constitution" and the Indian Establishment, including the Courts.

Dalits are victims of the Hindu Caste System, being persecuted, robbed, beggared, deprived, dehumanized, etc., by Upper Caste Hindus for the last at least three thousand years, and every Dalit, regardless of what religion he professes, possesses a strict and non-negotiable right to justice without qualification.

Any attempt to qualify that is illegal and criminal, whether that crime is perpetrated by the government, the judiciary, or whatever organ of the state. This is not negotiable; not even the highest court of the land, not even the Supreme Court, has the authority to make that what is criminal and illegal legal, and to make that what is legal illegal.

Parroting the Sangh Parivar, which is dead opposed to the fundamental principle that all Dalits, regardless of their religion, should be compensated and rehabilitated, the pious humbug Hocus Pocus alleges that "there is no case for caste-based reservations for the Christian community in India;" — except that the pious humbug very much approves of "caste based reservations" for the "East Indians;" at any rate, the pious humbug has nowhere gone on record to oppose it. And so, "East Indians" fighting for "Other Backward Castes" (OBC) recognition and entitlements is moral, but Christian Dalits fighting for restitutions, reparations and rehabilitation, is "immoral"! Hypocrisy never got richer than this!

The pious humbug Hocus Pocus alleges as his reason for arguing against the Dalit Christians' demand for participation in rehabilitation programs, is that "this would institutionalize the discrimination against the poor Christians and blight their future forever" (sic!)

By comparision, "East Indians" demanding and getting "OBC" status recognition "EVIDENTLY DOES NOT institutionalize the discrimination against the poor Christians and blight their future forever"!

Humbug that he is, he has no compunction against turning the words of Jesus Christ against Christ Himself and His Church, saying, "The teachings of Jesus Christ do not permit discrimination amongst his followers. All Christians are born in the image of God. Hence, if the Church in India pursues reservation" for Christian Dalits, "it must pay compensation to poor Christians converted to Christianity in the past, for discrimination and oppression and false promises."

That Hocus Pocus approves of "caste based reservations" for the "East Indians," even as he opposes it for Dalit "Christians" is proven by his own words: "The person who says that East Indians are economically well off is not aware of the reasons why East Indians have fought for OBC status and (why) the East Indians who were involved in the campaign (for gaining OBC-status for "East Indians") did not take the support of any Goan / Mangi (sic!) priest for obvious reasons; the only support they took was from East Indian priests from the Vasai Diocese as here in Bombay finding an East Indian priest is like finding a needle in a haystack."

But I have a question: While I recognize that the "East Indians" have been treated badly, and deserve restitutions and compensations for vast stolen lands, do "East Indians" deserve better than the Dalits? Or are Dalits better off than the "East Indians"?

Basically, things boil down to this: Hocus Pocus, stool-pigeon of the Sangh Parivar, laments that the "East Indians" despite being recognized as being part of "Other Backward Classes" are facing several hurdles to claim the benefits of being OBC; at the same time, the meally-mouthed hypocrite pretends that the fundamental right of Dalit victims to justice regardless of the religion they profess is "immoral" and, for "Christians" and for Dalit "Christians" to demand that justice be done irrespective of religious profession, allegedly "fosters or perpetrates discrimination," thus blindly parroting and regurgitating the malicious slanders and criminalities of the R.S.S.-B.J.P. Sangh Parivar!

"Nationalize Christianity"

Moreover, Hocus Pocus also plugs the Sangh Parivar & P.C.L.M.'s line that the Government of India and of the states should take over the management of Church properties... under the guise of "protecting these properties from alleged exploitation by allegedly unscrupulous churchmen."

Hocus Pocus also advocates that South Asian Christianity be "nationalized" by the Government, as in Communist China: "Some Christians also feel that the Vatican must stop appointing bishops and must follow the system in China."

"Evangelization Is Un-Christian, But Spiritual Fornication Is Very Christian" — Hocus Pocus

Hocus Pocus wants South Asian Christianity to stop evangelization entirely, and to indulge in spiritual fornications with false, man-made, Satanic "religions," teaching that, "Above all, the church should not criticize other religions, as this creates unnecessary ill-will. The time has come when pluralistic societies must be accepted. Hence the focus on fraudulent conversion and increasing the number of 'rice Christians' does not serve the faith. The Church should instead promote multi-culturalism and inter-faith dialogue."

The pious humbug pretends that South Asian Christianity, by evangelizing, is "merely indulging in fraudulent conversions" without, of course, giving any concrete proof of this, and that this allegedly "merely increasing the number of 'rice Christians,'" but at the same time, the same pious humbug wants to make all Christians in South Asia 'rice Christians' who live purely on handouts from the Churches, and who need not work for their bread.... This is the formula of the R.S.S.-B.J.P.'s Sangh Parivar, including of the P.C.L.M., of which our dear pious humbug is a member.

Hocus Pocus says: "Most of the urban laity know about the corrupt activities of the clergy and the allurement activities of the missionaries but the clergy and the missionaries are not bothered. The footsteps of today's Catholic missionaries in India go only where the dalits, tribals and slumdwellers live. At the same time the clergy and missionaries want the laity to come out in large numbers to protest the atrocities inflicted by the Sangh Parivar.... The laity before condemning the violence that has been unleashed by the Sangh Parivar against the Catholics... in tribal areas of India will have to first take into account the allurement-based conversion activities which the Catholic missionaries are indulging in tribal areas. Religious conversion activities of missionaries... has resulted in communal disharmony between Hindus and Christians. Considering the confusion created by propagation activities in remote areas, some Christians (i.e., the Sangh Parivar's puppet "Poor Christians Liberation Movement" or P.C.L.M., of which our meally-mouthed humbug is evidently a member) have been demanding that church authorities defer mass conversion programmes for at least a century. "Poor Christians Liberation Movement"

Hocus Pocus is a member of the Hindu Fascist, Neo-Nazi and avowedly Hitlerite Sangh Parivar, and of its front organizations, the Bharatiya Janata Party, and also of the Shiv Sena, the "Army of Shiva" centered on the cult of the Indian Priapus, Shiva, and led by the rabidly Hitlerite and Marathi colonialist Bal Thackeray.

He is also a member of the anti-Christian fraud set up by the R.S.S.-B.J.P., the "Poor Christians' Liberation Movement" or PCLM, a Sangh Parivar front composed of paid, apostate Christian quislings, and whose sole reason for existence is to slander Christianity in South Asia as being wealthy and discriminatory of "Poor Christians," particularly Dalit Christians (There is, in fact, undeniably a great deal of caste feelings against Dalit Christians among 'upper caste' converts, a carry-over from Hinduism, and which has led to vicious street fighting; a few years ago, Garfield Jansen informed me that the Bogus Ordo Bishop of Marthandam in Tamilnadu had had Dalit nuns raped in his presence by his thugs in order to intimidate the Dalit founder of that order to surrender his strategically located properties to him).

The PCLM is, however, founded upon a lie: That it is the "rich Christians" who are the persecutors and tormentors of the "poor Christians." As a matter of fact, it is the Hindu upper castes who have invented the caste system, which is integral and fundamental to Hinduism (you cannot be initiated a Hindu unless you belong to one of the three upper castes, the Brahmins, Kshatriyas and Vaishyas), and who have sustained and enforced it, and who have robbed the Dalits and dehumanized them, and in true and strict justice, it is principally the duty of these upper caste Hindus to make reparations and restitutions.

The PCLM has been set up precisely to divert attention from this just demand, and to frustrate the Dalit Christians rightful demand for justice. As such, it is a Trojan Horse meant to fool, deceive and destroy Christianity in South Asia, to once again reduce Christianity to a 'Poodle Church' as it had been reduced for more than a millenia until Portugal intervened and liberated South Asian Christianity from the cloying and degrading pressure of Hinduism.

As such, it is Hocus Pocus' duty to distract, divert, mislead Christians and to divide and destroy them.

The Milk of Xenophobia Curdles In His Breasts

On the one hand, Hocus Pocus, our congenital fiendly neighborhood misanthrope, says that I, Lucio Mascarenhas, "antagonize" the Shiv Sena by writing against it; on the other hand, he says that "no one has the 'arse' (how genteel and polite is our fiend!) to oppose the Marathas and the primary terrorist gang of the Marathas, the Shiv Sena." And so, our fiend wants it both ways!

Hocus Pocus claims that I am instigating Christians against Hindus, etc., but he himself states that "India is seen as a shining example of a secular state but in reality the Indian state actually privileges Hinduism over other religious communities. The Indian state is in fact the defender of the Hindu religion and hence turns a blind eye to the activities of Hindu Terrorists;" and that "even in Christian countries Hindus celebrate their festivals on a grand scale... while in India Christians have to celebrate their festivals in a muted way out of fear;" "The West provides land for multi-million dollar Hindu temples, but the Indian govt. does not do the same for Christians" "In the West, Hindu temples are not vandalized, no Hindu is traumatized or discriminated against in employment because of his religion, while in India, churches are vandalized, Christians persecuted, and are discriminated against in jobs"

Hocus Pocus says that I am antagonizing the Shiv Sena, and setting Hindus and Marathis against Christians and Konkanis, but he himself praises the British East India Company "which liberated them (the "East Indians") from the tyrannical rule of the Marathas."

Hocus Pocus also states that the "East Indians" are the true sons-of-the-soil of Bombay but the Marathis, who he characterizes as migrants and interlopers, have usurped their status ("I feel sorry for the original sons of the soil of Bombay who are locally known as East Indians, who have been dislodged by others who are Marathi migrants from distant areas of rural and urban Maharashtra.... Today it is the Marathi migrants who are known as the original sons of soil of Bombay")....

Hocus Pocus also writes "Due to the fear of the Marathas no one has the arse to report the truth of Bombay and its aborigine natives" (Very polite and genteel is this our fiendly neighborhood misanthrope, isn't he?)

Hocus Pocus says, "There are a few... intellectuals and traders living in South Bombay who have an agenda of making Bombay a City State so that Bombay can be freed from the tyrannical Maratha rule.... Then there are the Agri Sena and the Kunbi Sena in Konkan which have been spearheading a movement to free the entire Konkan from the clutches of Maratha tyranny. This makes sense since the entire coastline will be protected by the people of Konkan. This Konkan State would include all coastal areas from Daman and Diu till Karwar. Now that's a distant dream worth fighting for. The question is: Will the Marathas allow Konkan to separate from Maharashtra?"

Hocus Pocus also states that "Not just Bombay, the entire Konkan should be liberated from the Maratha invaders and colonizers and be made an independent state" ("Independent state"? So he wants a Republic of the Konkan, eh? And I am an "anti-Indian terrorist"!); he also says that "So far the Thackeray gang, builders gang, slum dwellers gang, BMC gang was raping Bombay now the Pakistani terrorists have also joined the fun."

Hocus Pocus also describes the Shiv Sena as "the Fascist dispensation that ruled the State of Maharashtra for a few years, did nothing but change names of places or seize vacant Government lands to build clubs for their middle class supporters, where they sold alcohol and made money" etc.

BUT OF COURSE I Lucio am a "monster" for saying anything like this, but Hocus Pocus is LIVING WISDOM, who when he pronounces, it is expected that us peasants and yokels ought to fall down in awe and worship: "T'is a god that speaks, and not a man!"

BUT OF COURSE when our fiendly neighborhood humbug states some plain 'home truths' about the Marathas and the Shiv Sena, he endears himself, the "East Indians" and other "Christians" in Bombay to these thuggish vermin, but when I do the same, I am antagonizing them! And so, our fiend wants it both ways!

Hocus Pocus is blissfully ignorant of Christian history; he claims that "Christians in India got orphaned when England evacuated...." but it was Portugal that brought Christianity to our ancestors, while Protestant England only perverted and subverted us, perverted and subverted our Christianity, which they always contemned as "false Christianity" because we are not White, Anglo-Saxon Protestants!

Hocus Pocus, The Addled Egg

On one hand, Hocus Pocus' main program is to stoke up tribal & inter-ethnic strife between Christians... but on the other hand, he professes he wants to see peoples united, and he wants the Christian laity of South Asia to "unite" against the clergy.

Obviously, to integrate these contradictory calls, we must understand that our dear Addled Egg expects non-"East Indians" to do this under the dictatorship and racial supremacy of the "East Indians"!

Migrants Are "Terrorists"

Hocus Pocus equates immigrants into the city with terrorists.... Thus Hocus Pocus wrote a spam email that was titled "Migrants & Terrorists Destabilizing Bombay." There is nothing in the text of the spam email itself that militates against the necessary conclusion that Hocus Pocus' juxtaposition of migrants and of terrorists implies.

To Contradict Hocus Pocus Is To Be "Anti-East Indian"!

"You (Lucio) have a right to spread anti-East Indian propangada."

"Don't be happy with the support which you got from the two East Indians which enabled you to challenge us (sic!)."

"Stop targeting the East Indian community else we know your place of residence and we will come and take our revenge."

"Lucio pig hates East Indians as much as he hates Maharashtrians.... As and when we get the right opportunity we will strike at him. Amen."

According to Hocus Pocus, because I counter his vile lies and malicious racism and atavistic xenophobia, I am thereby "spreading... anti-East Indian propaganda" (sic!)

And so, our fiend Hocus Pocus imitates the thuggish Hitlerite Thackeray family, which he alternatively reviles and adulates, to threaten personal violence against me... seeking to intimidate me into silence by threats of physical violence!

Hocus Pocus Misleads The "East Indians" & Cultivates "East Indian" Tribal Racism & Xenophobia

"If there was unity among the East Indians, trust me, the Catholic Churches, schools, institutions, etc in Bombay would have been in the possesion of the East Indians" (Hocus Pocus wants to set up a "East Indian" version of the schismatic Anglican Church!) "Catholic churches, parish buildings, Catholic schools, etc. are located on East Indian land and hence it is East Indians who should be in control and not Goans / Mangys;" "The East Indian Associations should play an active role in holding and managing the churches, Catholic schools, church assets and properties, cemetries, etc."

After vomitting hatred, racist bigotry and xenophobia left, right and center, the pious humbug Hocus Pocus ends his spam emails with the invocation, "Amen and God bless you all," "Regards and God bless you all," "Regards and May God bless you all with health, wealth and eternal life," etc.! He routinely ends emails with "Amen." "Amen" to what? To the work of Satan, obviously, whose work he does in the Sangh Parivar and the P.C.L.M.

"The Catholic clergy in Bombay is also not supportive. The footsteps of today's Catholic missionaries in India go only where the dalits, tribals and slumdwellers live. Instead of utilizing the money received from sale of church properties to provide housing, educational, medical, etc support to the low-income group in the East Indian community the clergy here is instead siphoning off the money.... The total market value of the properties in possession of the Catholic Church in Bombay runs into thousands of crores."

Continuing his campaign of misinformation, Hocus Pocus claims that "In 1818 these Christian tribes (sic!) of Bombay adopted the name East Indian in honor of the British East India Company which liberated them (sic!) from the tyrannical rule of the Marathas."

And so, the English Protestants, who always hated and contemned us, our ancestors, and who actively and openly worked to subvert and pervert us out of racist pride and insolence, "liberated us" (or at least the "East Indians") from the "tyrannical rule of the Marathas," their own allies!

What I don�t understand is why when I denounce the Marathas, I am a monster, but when Hocus Pocus does that, he represents himself evidently thereby "as fostering friendly relationship" with the Marathas! Hypocrisy was always Hocus Pocus� first virtue!

Hocus Pocus also agrees with Bal Thackeray's patently absurd lie that "East Indians are essentially Maharashtrians." Yes, of course, just as much as the Eskimos are "essentially Maharashtrians"!

Not only does Hocus Pocus seek to mislead and misguide the "East Indians" into furthering his anti-Christian agenda, but he also insistently advocates that churches in the Bombay-Bassein region should be in exclusive control of the "East Indians" to the exclusion of all other Christians!

And so, Goans and Mangaloreans and Keralites and all other Christians in Bombay must live as second class Christians in Bombay while Hocus Pocus� dupes among the "East Indians," suitably re-paganized, lord it over them!

Anti-Mangalorean Xenophobia

"The native Marathi speaking Christians in Bombay are poor, ignorant, illiterate and disunited and hence are not in a position to liberate the churches, Catholic schools, church properties, Catholic institutions, etc in Bombay which are presently being controlled by the Mangalorean Konkani Christians.

The hypocrite Hocus Pocus alleges that I "create enmity" between various groups. This is because I oppose and expose his efforts to spread xenophobia and racist bigotry against various people, setting the "East Indians" against Goans, Mangaloreans, Keralites, and other communities.

"Mangalorean priests came to Bombay only to serve and work for the welfare and progress of Mangaloreans;"

"During Konkani language services, conspiracies against Marathi Christians are hatched;" (Proof of compulsive obsessive disorder, and of megalomaniacal paranoia!)

Now Hocus Pocus has reverted to his favorite criminal pass-time, plagiarism, by boldly plagiarizing my copyrighted writings as another of his criminal blogs, http://publicrights.blogspot.com, pretending that these copyrighted writings are "without copywright" (sic!).

At one time, Hocus Pocus said: "SORRY BROTHER... henceforth you will NOT receive any of our copyrighted mails... we have given you enough free lunch" and then goes on to give a Biography, Bal Keshav Thackeray � A Cunning & Intelligent Man, which, if I am not mistaken, is purely plagiarized, probably from Wikipedia!

None of Hocus Pocus� writings at http://eastindians.blogspot.com or at http://bombaytribes.blogspot.com bore a copyright. Hocus Pocus is not stable, and does not have the courage of his convictions, which is why now both blogs have been withdrawn.

Shortly after Hocus Pocus had forced his original malicious garbage at http://eastindians.blogspot.com upon my attention, and after I had written our my web page in refutation, Hocus Pocus insolently plagiarized text from my refutation, and posted it as a "comment" on his blog. When I objected to this, Hocus Pocus claimed that I too had committed plagiarism because I had quoted from his blog.

Plagiarism is defined as the unattributed appropriation of another person�s writings. Quoting another person�s writings, with the proper attribution, as I have done, is not plagiarism. Hocus Pocus, malicious pagan that he is, pretends not to know the difference, or pretends to be unable to tell the difference.

The Administrator of East-Indians.com meditated between us, and requested me to remove the attributed blog writing of Hocus Pocus from my refutation, and although I had no moral or legal obligation to do so, I did that purely out of regard for the Administrator, for I know him personally to be a honorable man.

Now, Hocus Pocus has written me again, saying that he will once again plagiarize my copyrighted writings, in a desperate effort to force me to reveal to him my address.

Hocus Pocus wrote, on May 28, 2009: "Just as you upload other people�s private data on your sites, your copyright articles have also been uploaded on http://publicrights.blogspot.com. Therefore, we ask to see if Hocus Pocus has ever provided his true name, valid residential or office address or valid mobile number on any of his own online writings or spam emails. Of course, he has not. Therefore, by his own standards, he is the true "Filthy coward." But I challenge this "Son of Many Fathers" to put walk his talk, to put his money where his mouth is, and to upload online his true name, valid residential, office address, valid landline and mobile numbers and personal and family photographs, including those of his very fathers, not excluding the Nadar, the Nair, etc. within twenty-four hours of receiving notice of this page going on-line.
