| Q. Can I drive my car without the climate control unit? A. Yes, your vehicle will operate, but there will be no ventilation controls, which means no interior heating and/or cooling. Q. How long does the repair take? A. If you are a Melbourne resident and you make a booking, then the entire job will take 1 hour. If you are interstate and use Express Post, then the fastest repair takes 4 working days. This is possible when a parcel is sent Monday morning, which means you receive the repaired unit on the Thursday afternoon of that week. Q. Can you send me instructions and the parts to do it myself? A. We don't recommend this, as many units come to us damaged. Q. How can I pay for the repair? A. I accept Credit Cards, personal or bank cheques, money orders and can supply bank connections for EFT / on-line banking / direct deposit at Commonwealth Bank branches. Q. Do you have a repair center in other States? A. Just Melbourne, other states are serviced via Post. Q. Do you repair LCDs for other makes / vehicles? A. BMW & Merc instrument clusters & Vectra Triple Info Displays. Q. Why don't you have your own domain name? A. That costs money. Controlling costs enables me to keep this service affordable. |
