Contrary to popular belief (it seems!), Impure are NOT breaking up. Not yet anyway! We've taken a break from gigging for a while to take holidays, sleep etc. But we have our next gig booked at the Packhorse with All It's Worth and A Destructive Issue! See the gigs page for more info. Hopefully *fingers crossed* there'll be plenty more where that came from, possibly venues in and around Leeds...but we'll keep you posted! There should be tons of new material at the next gigs...watch this space for more info!

Bradford went really well, thanks to those
who came and helped us have a great night! Royal Park
Cellars were amazing and, judging by the other bands who
entered the competition, we won't be getting very far!
But we'll let you know when we do (hopefully 31st Jan).
We've got another gig at the Vine on the 17th Feb. We'll
be practising loads and writing some new material to
showcase so come along and see some new stuff!

First news posting of the year and things
seem to be getting better and better for IMPURE
! We've been offered a gig at the Vine, which is tomorrow
(see the gigs page for up to date details on every gig)
so we hope you're all coming if you can make it :)
Also...we've got a gig in Bradford! Details have been
confirmed, and the gig will be held at Market Tavern.
It's a Band Battle which, if we got through we would play
at Bradford Rio! Bradford Rio has hosted big bands such
as Save Ferris, The Kinks, Feeder, Stiff Little Fingers,
Lostprophets, Dropkick Murphys and more!! It also holds
1000 people and contains a 20,000w amplification system.
As a comparison, the Packhorse holds 60 people and we had
a 150w system...!! That's on Saturday 24th of January.
Please please come along, we need as much support as
possible to launch IMPURE into a new city! Train
tickets are only £3ish and you could spend a day's
shopping there...? Whatever...just please come! It's £4
on the door, and for every 10 people who come to see IMPURE,
we get an extra point on our score card...so we really do
need you there!! Doors open at 7:30pm but if you can't
make it that early, we're on at 9pm so you could always
arrive late. Might be a mailing list going out about
it..so if you'd like to hear all things IMPURE-related
as soon as we know about it, straight into your
inbox...add yourself to it at the bottom of the members
